The "Grate" Andy started his journey into magic and entertainment at the age of 7 when his dad gave him a shoebox full of simple magic tricks! A few magic sets later and countless trips to the local magic shop further solidified his interest in magic and performing for others.
The Magic Fun Man show features an hour-long entertainment package from setup-up to applause. The magic show features audience-participation focused tricks that keep the kids entertained and the parents laughing.
The premise of the show is The "Grate" Andy is looking for his next magician's assistant. The guest of honor (usually the birthday child) joins the show and learns the rules of Magic. Throughout the show, guests are called up to help with the magic show.
At the end of the magic show, the guest of honor receives an official Kapoof Entertainment Magician's Assistant Award and a professional magic wand. At this point in the show, EVERY kid wants a magic wand and The "Grate" Andy provides everyone with a magic wand that they can use.
After the magic show, The "Grate" Andy teaches the kids a couple of magic tricks and they all pose for a group picture.

Andy has been performing magic since the age of 7 when his dad gave him a shoebox full of magic tricks. Thirty years later, Andy continues performing and entertaining children and families year-round as a magician for birthday parties, Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquets, and as a kids party magician. He is the past president of the Society of American Magicians #255 and is often found at the Monday Night Magic Round Table in Rochester, Michigan.
As a father of 3 boys, he knows what it takes to amuse and entertain kids of all ages. He gets plenty of practice at home! As a parent, he also knows the importance of providing quality entertainment without breaking the budget.
