We hired Jen, the owner of Bay Area Birthdays as a professional princess for our daughters 3rd bday party. We had not met Jen in person but she was available via phone to answer our questions. She seemed very friendly and willing to answer our never ending questions, and she even emailed us photos of her costume upon request. Part of the reason why is because her website did not have much information and did not showcase the photo of the princess we were booking, "Queen Elsa" but out of all other vendors for "professional princesses," Jen was the first to respond, very responsive as we sent many messages back and forth, and was the best priced as well. When we finally booked, I felt comfortable and was so excited leading up to the party because we were having Queen Elsa at our party!!! She was very organized, kept the details in place, and was very professional at the party. She did a sing along, a magic show, and balloon animals and kept the kids entertained and it was quite challenging as some of our guests had already started taking shots in the back of the room and could have easily distracted a performer. Our kids enjoyed her. Tips are not mandatory but we thought she did great so we did. Thank you Jen/Queen Elsa for a job well done.
