Rachele worked with is for full design services for bathroom addition in the master suite of our new home. Rachelle sketched the design and walked us through each step with the contractor and helped us with all the finishes. She was able to answer all the contractors questions and ordered the custom cabinetry. We now have a dream bathroom with a steam shower, deep soaking tub, extra closet, custom bamboo cabinetry, concrete countertop, beautiful tile and fixtures. She worked with is in a timely manner to develop a plan and get construction started fast before we moved in. She had great recommendations for vendors and was able to get us Eco alternatives for most most products. Great experience.

**UPDATE** After contacting corporate via the Facebook platform, CC responded very quickly with a call from the local general manager. They moved my re-install up into a cancellation slot and the installer was excellent at problem solving to work around challenges, also consulting his supervisor who stopped by to check in on things. Very pleased with the response and solving of the issue � [When the time came for install over half of the master closet had been incorrectly measured. Previous closet system has already been ripped out, and mistakes were blamed on existing dryer vent and wiring for why manufactured materials could not be installed. I live in a very small home and there is nowhere to store the materials displaced from my closet. Re-install has been scheduled three weeks out with no promises that the adjusted materials will be installed successfully. I received no official communication from the company and had to reach out to the designer to discuss the problem. I have requested expedition due to the inconvenience, but have been given many excuses including the location of the manufacturing plant out of state in AZ, delays due to the thanksgiving holiday, etc. This level of service is not satisfactory for the luxury price of having these closets installed. You know, I wish I could afford to constantly shop at Metro Lighting but I cant. Â So instead I got to Berkeley Lighting which is a GREAT lighting shop. Â They have a large selection of all kinds of lighting from various manufacturers. Â The staff is very helpful and they have a great return policy. They will also customize your lights with pull switches and the like and of course have bulbs and repair services. Â Go here! Â No home despot!

I do a large amount of remote/online services as it is very easy to create models and designs on programs such as Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop. I create detailed mood boards that help convey my ideas to my clients, with specific item images as well as computer renderings (when needed). I create complete construction plans to hand-off to contractors/handymen to perform any installation of designs.
