7Roots was the marketing team at a large non-profit in Santa Cruz, CA. At the beginning of last year, we were told that our department was being dissolved and what we provided for the company would be outsourced. Having worked with this team for 7 years seeing their talent and dedication I couldn't fathom watching our incredibly talented, original, and gifted team walk into a faceless job market. While we were in the meeting, I asked the executive team, "If I started a company, would you hire my company to be your outsource team for your creative needs?" The answer was an enthusiastic "Yes!" 7Roots Creative is a close-knit team with a wide birth of skills.

The first step involves our team digging in to know more about your company. This involves meeting with your team, conducting some research, doing interviews and really drilling down to the core of how people see you now and how you want them to see you moving forward.

If it's a printed piece, we'll need:
° A series of hi-res photos to make this happen. Highlight the ones you like and include ones that help tell the story but you're not sure where they fit in. We probably won't use all of them, but it will help us in our storytelling.
° Statistics and Accomplishments. Any statistics you can provide us about this project will help in developing infographics, the more we have to work with, the better.
° Text. (in it's most final, edited form) We can determine the number of words based on the strategy meeting when determining the size of the printed piece. Highlight the non-negotiables (the parts that must be in the piece) and we will take it from there. Not all of it will be used, but again this will help us as we hone in on the best story to tell.
