Describe your creative process.

Our creative process consists of asking the right questions at the right time. After establishing the business domain of the project we carefully craft Design Guidelines for the project. This document includes the Brand Essence, Brand Attributes and Brand Values; these features of the brand give us the colors and the look and feel of the logo (Brand Identity) we are aiming to create.

Further, the logo and primary and secondary color pallets that we define in the Design Guidelines document give us the over all design theme that we propose to the client for their software application User Experience and Interface.

After establishing the theme we move on to wireframing the flow of the user journey for each feature. The wireframes then are converted to design prototypes and then after client approval are sent for the frontend designing. This gives us a clickable fully designed prototype of the software application before the expensive part of server end coding is done. Project Scope, Functional Specification, Technical Design, Complete Development Time/Cost documents are prepared in parallel with the prototyping activity.

Client gets a tangible product to get users' and investors feedback and comeback with further improvements, that we gladly can accommodate utilising agile/scrum project management techniques. Giving our clients the utmost flexibility for defining and improving their product as they foresee them.

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?

We need to understand how they see their final product. For that we do discovery sessions with clients through Zoom Call. We analyse what is the business domain we need to understand and how we can add value to the client's knowledge base. After understanding their product and budget requirements we propose the client either to take the Prototyping route or the full scale development route.
We manage client expectations all the way because they are the main stakeholders of the project and are vital to the success of the project in terms of understanding fully what comes next.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the diversity of knowledge that I interact with on day to day basis. Being the Senior Business Analyst for my company I am the center point of information for internal and external stakeholders of the project. Having more than 9 years of experience in attaining clients requirements through successful delivery of the projects, I can proudly say that I take pride in showcasing the work that we have done for our clients over the years and the success that they have achieved.

During these years we have gained experience and become specialized in helping startups from their idea validation phase to product market fit and release of their Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full scale software product delivery be it a small or enterprise level project.

What inspired you to start your own business?

The idea of pursuit of knowledge through working with diverse nature of projects and people. Creating things and easing apprehension in human life through technology solutions.
