What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Where would they like their photo, how many people, any style they would like.
Describe your creative process.
I like to talk to my clients, and shoot while they are moving, being themselves. I don't like stuffy, staged photos. People look their best when they are smiling and feeling comfortable.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Time, Day, Location. What images they want photographed ,and what they don't want. I will ask if their images can be posted on my social media and website. I will also ask what kind of photos would they like, whether more serious or whimsical-although I usually take both and give them options.
What do you love most about your job?
I love coming back after a photo shoot and editing, seeing smiles, adding beautiful lighting to make a photo sparkle
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like talking to people and capturing memories. I enjoy art photography as well as documentary photography. I am by trade a clothing designer, but I love finding a new medium to express my creative side.
