Ray boarded and trained Athena and the results are phenomenal! He was able to teach us how to communicate properly to Athena. It’s like we have a completely different dog! Fido Fidelis Dog Training gave me the tools i needed to take my dog Chance from good dog to great dog. With stereotypes on the breed dog i own, i wanted Chance to have his obedience down pat to prove to others that it is not the breed but the owners. Not only did they help with his obedience they also got him to stop jumping at cars while walking on a busy street. Then after that, we were able to get him to do recall. Once we learned proper recall, Chance was able to progress to off-leash training. Our trainer was 100% sure Chance would do good. I was nervous that he would run away. After the leash was unclipped, the dog listened perfectly to all the commands. The trainers at Fido Fidelis both cared about Chance’s progression. Great, Great just great!Prior to taking a much needed trip, I needed someone capable who I could trust to walk my extremely leash reactive german shepherd and upon coming across Dominik I decided to give him a try. Every day she would send the most professional looking pictures (seriously) to let me know my boy was doing well. When Myles died, she was the first one there to cry with me. Then i adopted Ziggy and things were a bit different. He is aggressive and does not like new people. She came by every day until he got more comfortable with her. He adores her so much that when we moved and she came to visit, he was overjoyed like I've never seen him. Yelping and jumping all over the place. I was kinda jealous. I see way too many dog owners struggling out there not knowing how to stop any unwanted behavior and how to unlock their dogs' full potential.
I see way too many dogs on the end of the leash barking, pulling, lunging, zig-zagging, being overly aroused which is not healthy for them on the long run. They're unable to cope with simple things like other dogs in the park, loud noises or the sound of the doorbell. Barking at and reacting to everything is not fun for dogs either!
What inspired me to start my own business is all the misinformation on the internet and social media that are not just unhelpful but straight dangerous advice. I strongly believe that when people know better they can do better. My goal is to educate owners about their dogs' individual needs and show them how to fulfill them while having a good time.
My job is not to convince anyone to choose us. What I recommend though is to do your research! Watch videos on our Instagram, YouTube, Facebook in order to have a good idea about who we are and what we do. If we talk on the phone, ask questions, be curios and open to learn.
