Take a look at my services to find my rates and training expertise. I have been training for the last four years and I have been a certified professional since October of 2020. One of my top priorities in training is to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of their dogs and vice versa. With that said, you can expect to go over efficient means of communication, body language, the importance of variety in our rewards, and much more during our sessions! I am looking forward to working with you and your pup.

What do you love most about your job?

I love bringing pups closer to their humans and vice versa. Training can create wonderful bonds and is so mentally stimulating for dogs! When it comes to behavior modification, I love giving dogs the opportunity to perceive the world differently. I am grateful for the opportunity and my ability to teach dogs healthy coping mechanisms when faced with stress and/or anxiety.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I used to work alongside a facility and in turn I did not get to train with clients, only their pups. I wanted to be able to interact more with clients. I have always felt that kinesthetic learning is the best approach to processing information, applying it, and retaining it. One on one sessions still allow me to teach concepts and demonstrate them, but also observe your interpretation of our lesson in real time. It is much easier to troubleshoot any problems occuring, and to answer any questions you may have.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because I offer reward based training. Rewards can be creative, it all depends on what motivates your pup. That can mean activities like sniffing, socialization between other dogs/people etc. It could also be something more simple such as toys or food. What is important is that there is variety in their rewards, but most of all that they find you rewarding! With that said, I do not use any aversive methods or tools in my training. For example, I do not require tools such as prongs or shock collars. I do not need to instill fear, pain, or discomfort in order to teach.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I can provide training remotely through video sessions. However, it will depend on the particular lesson you wish to go over.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am fully vaccinated, and I can wear a mask at the request of my clients. We can also work outside for most lessons per the clients request.
