Rick Carr with Econo Catering is a man of his word! Every time I spoke with him about catering and doing the bartending for King High’s c/o 1981 40th reunion he said I “didn’t need to worry about a thing”, he’d “take care of everything” and that he did! I can’t thank him enough for the wonderful food and beautiful set up he did for our reunion Main Event on Saturday, March 12, 2022. He and his staff were there early to get set up and the three different food/drink areas (see pictures) were kept clean and fully stocked the entire evening. Rick had big shoes to fill because he came HIGHLY recommended by the venue we were using, and he didn’t let us down. There were 2 things about Rick that will bring me back to use him any time we need a caterer. First, when I called Rick and left a message for him months ago on a Saturday, he returned my call within an hour. That impressed me. Second, again months ago, Rick gave me a written quote for the different food choices we would have on our dinner buffet and parfait bar. Since that quote was given food prices have gone through the roof but when I signed the contract Rick said he would hold our prices to the written quote. That too impressed me.
