My purpose to provide an individual with overall wellness. With having 17yrs working in the Mental Health field, in various capacities, I am well versed in populations such as adolescents, adults, as well as older adults. I specialize in sexual difficulties, anxiety, depression, various mood and personality disorders, sexuality and relationship difficulties. With time restraints and busy lives, I understand the need for compassion and flexibility.

*I can only accept clients located in North Carolina and are okay with having virtual sessions.* I plan to offer guidance and understanding to couples, families, and individuals and vow to create a safe environment for my clients that will allow them to identify their strengths in their individual and/or relational conflicts. I am a warm, accepting, and collaborative therapist when working with clients and I strive to help all clients find connections with themselves and others.
