Renew Christian Counseling Services provides Christ-centered relational therapy that strives to help women, children and families renew their spiritual, mental and emotional health in a judgment-free setting.

Over three decades of counseling services including Clinical Director of a crisis intervention team and consultant to the hospital critical care unit regarding suicide attempts. I have done individual, couple and group counseling . I also have five years experience as a vocational counselor. I am a National Certified Counselor (NBCC)and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (IOWA #).

I have 13 years’ experience in social services, including 7 years engaged in adolescent, adult, couples and family therapy. During that time, I’ve seen first-hand the impact depression, anxiety and trauma can have on child development, marriages, parenting and interpersonal skills in general. My approach to helping improve the connections in your life starts with understanding your needs in a safe, judgement-free environment.
