Chef Prince was the chef at a brunch I attended. There was some issues with the venue and through the whole process he remained calm, even walked around serving chicken and waffles to the customers, as we waited. The chicken was grilled, instead of fried and some of the best chicken and waffles I have ever had in my life! I highly recommend using his services.

SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP TO AUSTIN!Finally what Tulsa needs! A place to get truly great brisket. The ribs are world-class as well. I have made several trips to the Austin area and this barbecue stacks up just as good as anything you'll find down there. The Pit master is super nice guy and let me snap some pics of the brisket, beef ribs and pork ribs.

Cool place with great Louisiana eats. Had the aligator bites, some of the softest and nice texture for this treat. Had 2 of their signature old fashions, delicious. I specifically made a request for less sweetness and did not disappoint. There is a excellent live jazz band that plays in a little alcove stage in the center of the restaurant, loved their tunes. Enjoy!
