This is the BEST bbq in Tulsa. Ribs, pulled pork, chicken, sausages, and yes.... BRISKET, all of it is totally NEXT LEVEL. Phil is putting out food that you'll have a hard time not eating until you hurt yourself. This is THE PLACE to get your BBQ in T-town. We just had the 2 meat plate and the Pulled Pork sandwich and it was amazing! Now my favorite spot. I have had barbecue in a lot of places, and this is close to Texas Barbecue I have found in Tulsa. i always catch this place when it's closed. i FINALLY caught them right around the time the opened up. i had to get the pulled pork sandwich, along with the beans. a great duo from this spot.the pork melted like butter. there were a couple of sauces to choose from: tangy, spicy & ketchup. i used both on the sandwich with each bite i was taking. a real good size sandwich, i can express how much how tender the pork was.before i got the beans, i asked was there sauce in the mix. usually spots have beans on the sweeter side, the chef said "we have our fixings"...  that's all i need to know & it was definitely fulfilling. a little meat here, some red pepper there. subtle on the sweet side, which gives you a personal option to add a sauce of choice (especially the tangy to balance it out).i gotta come back for the brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage & hot links. plenty of combinations to choose from (plates comes with two sides... sandwiches comes with one). the cook was nice & the wait wasn't long at all. First off let me say....This is LEGIT BARBEQUE and I am hooked!! I ordered two sandwiches, a sliced brisket and a pulled pork & for our sides we ordered the smoked corn.  The flavor of both sandwiches was slow smoked, moist & DELICIOUS.  I'm all about sides and the smoked corn was out of this world good!!!  The owner, Phillip, was AWESOME.  He was so friendly and his service was superb.  If you are looking for kick ass BBQ, you HAVE to try Tulsa Brisket Company. Located along the heart of Route 66 in Tulsa, this food truck specializes in Texas style barbeque. We went with their 2 meat plate (comes with 2 sides) and chose their fatty brisket, ribs, smoked corn, and potato salad. The meat was very tender, warm, and juicy. It was smoked and prepared fresh to perfection! We also decided to try their spicy bbq sauce, which had a great kick that adds to the flavor. I'm so glad I stumbled across this place! I'm very picky with barbecue--I love moist, barky, flavorful sliced brisket, and most BBQ places in Tulsa don't serve that. But Tulsa Brisket Company does! We ordered the brisket, pulled pork, and jalapeño cheddar sausage, with smoky corn and baked beans for our sides (the potato salad was sold out; we'll have to try it next time). Our favorite things were the brisket, sausage, and beans, but it was all tasty!My only complaint is that I could have used more BBQ sauce. It was delicious, and I ran out too fast! The owner makes 3 kinds: Sweet BBQ sauce, Spicy BBQ sauce, and a vinegar-based BBQ sauce. Wow! First of all, delicious food--brisket and baked beans were both amazing. And on top of that, the service is personable and outstanding. I was passing through town, and stopped into the Buck Atom shop next door. The smoker at Tulsa Brisket company was just getting going and already smelled delicious. The owner dropped by the gift shop and we had a brief conversation with him. He gave us some recommendations of what to do in Tulsa, and was really friendly and helpful. We were thinking about brisket all morning as we toured Tulsa, so we came back for it at lunch time. We also wanted some nachos with our food, but the owner apologetically explained they had just run out for the day. I went out on a limb and asked, "If you have a bit of queso sauce left, could you just put a little on the side of my sandwich order so I can taste it?" It was an unusual request, but the owner completely blew me away when he delivered to me a miniature, sample-sized tray of a complete nacho order--chips topped with his delicious smoky queso sauce, pulled pork, sour cream, and jalapeños. They were so good! And this delightful and kind effort really made our day. We will always go back to Tulsa Brisket whenever we come to Tulsa. We are fans for life!! More...

The real deal! World-class brisket (juicy and hand-sliced to the proper thickness), great ribs, excellent sauce (I chose the vinegar-based but there are other options if that's not your thing), and fabulous sides. I had the Smoky Corn, which was uniquely amazing, and the Ranch Style Beans, which were smoky as well and loaded with meat. I have eaten here several times now and everything has been fabulous! I've had the smoked brisket ( so much yum), I've had those smoked ribs (swoon), I've had the smoked turkey (its own animal of goodness), I've had the pulled pork (pulled pork or bust)! All of it has been some of the best I've ever eaten. I'm a huge fan of the smokey corn...I've never had anything like it and would probably show up there JUST FOR THE CORN...it's that good! The beans are those good baked beans with smokey brisket shreds in them, too. I work nearby, so I will be hitting them for some bbq at least weekly! Very friendly family, too! Check them out! Finally someone makes brisket the way it's meant to be!!!  The homemade sauce is AMAZING, none of that molasses based nonsense.  If you are from here or even traveling through you'll be missing out if you don't treat yourself to the best BBQ in OK.The smoked corn and the beans are to die for.  Try the turkey, that peppery dry rub is friggin awesome, and that white sauce is so different ... quality!I picked up a little bit of everything for a small family gathering and everyone loved it. I love BBQ--it's my go-to food for all occasions. That being said, I've had my fair share of BBQ over the years living in Oklahoma.  I've had everything off the menu at Tulsa Brisket Co and I can tell you, hands down, it is the best of the best when it comes to BBQ in Tulsa and I'd go as far to say the entire state of Oklahoma!  The smoked brisket is juicy and has the most flavor of any brisket I've had!  I wish they sold their homemade BBQ sauce in bottles because it's amazing!
