I graduated from New York Restaurant School at the top of my class, my blue-chip background spans more than 15 years. My experience includes Chef Director/Executive Chief leadership roles at some of New York city’s most exclusive, fine-dining companies. I served as the Chef Director for the multinational Compass Group, one of the world’s leading restaurant management companies, where I ran corporate dining for several blue-chip, Fortune 500 clients.
Myself and my entire staff are Fully Vaccinated. All of my staff are required to wear gloves and face coverings during your event. Hand sanitizer will also be supplied for use. We take every precaution to guarantee the well been of our clients.
