We certainly made the right choice when we hired Chef Victor for our son’s wedding. Start to finish the entire process was a joy! Chef Victor was in constant contact with us - meeting with us to discuss everything from the tiniest detail to elaborate table scapes. Chef Victor even visited the venue more than two hours away which helped tremendously with all the planning. Our guests were treated to some of the finest food! We have had so many of our guests rave about both the cocktail hour appetizers and the dinner buffet dishes! Chef Victor is also an artist when it comes to his displays. I have never seen a buffet table so gorgeous! The presentation was a feast for the eye! When we asked that the cocktail hour come before the outdoor ceremony due to weather, Chef Victor hustled and got it done!!! Chef Victor made sure that our guests were well cared for!

I was really excited when I saw this place on my way home from work and had to try it! I ordered two platters the half fried chicken and fried catfish, both with potato salad and mac and cheese. The food was AMAZING! I loved the way the food was seasoned and I loved the portion sizes! I will definitely be back again to try the other platters and the peach cobbler! I am loath to go anywhere else for this kind of food. Chicken parm sandwiches, wings, chicken cheesesteaks and pizza are excellent and cheap. Best fries anywhere. Service is fast (you can usually pick up in 10-15 minutes) and everyone there is totally cool. The only bad thing is that you have to walk by Viking Games, which is full of nerds playing Warhammer 40,000. That place is just depressing.

We hired Shannon for our sons first birthday party and we are so glad we did! The food was amazing! The best BBQ I’ve ever had. Shannon’s husband was on our site cook and he was great! He was so nice to work with and made sure everything went smoothly. The other employees were also really nice and polite. They set everything up and the food was ready to go with plenty of time. We loved having them and will definitely be booking again in the future.
