The current project that we are working started as a small remodeling job of a historical property, a two-family house to be exact. After a few days into the job, we discover that the house had many problems that were not apparent in the initial visits. We discussed the problems with the owner and after she approved our suggestions, the job became a full blown remodeling of the whole house, including bathrooms and backyard. It has gone from a month that we initially estimated to take to two and a half months job. The challenges this job has presented has allow us to grow in expertise in remodeling.
I was working for a company that designed and built exhibit for trade shows and at the same time I was doing construction jobs on the side until I decided to open my own company.
We mostly work with residential clients and have done some projects for commercial clients. We really do not have a preference and welcome all types of customers. I have a BA in Business Administration. I have worked in the construction related field for over 10 years and have own my company for seven years.
