What do you love most about your job?

What I like most about my job is helping customers to achieve their goals. This starts at the beginning of the job, with the recording of the status quo, the problem analysis, and the derivation of the goals.

Successful cooperation is based on a good and trusting relationship and using the right methods to achieve the set goals within the set time frame. Therefore, it is important to use methods, that support customers in achieving their goals. There is a variety of methods that can be used for different problems and not every method is equally suitable for individual people and individual topics.

The design of the right methodology and the subsequent implementation is a lot of fun for me.

It's always great to see when customers approach their goals step by step and the methodology used helps customers to achieve their goals.

I also really like setting up the entire process. Most situations are complex as it is not clear, what exactly will happen, when the customer is changing. I also like to clarify the following questions and to integrate everything in the process:

Who is involved in the process?
Which areas are affected?
What should be changed and what should stay the same?

Finally, I really like to celebrate success and that is additionally the reason why I will do my very best always.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Working as an employee has never been completely fulfilling for me. Although I have been working very successful, have worked in various management positions, and worked very closely with the CEOs over the past 20 years, I have always felt something was missing.

I think what really inspired me is the responsibility that comes with starting your own business.

I like being responsible and I like being successful. In addition, I am also convinced that I am one of the experts in my subject areas and that I am always able to design solutions for the customers.

But it is also very important to me to run a business as a businessman. That means, to build a business from scratch, to design all processes needed, to hire the staff that is required for a successful business and to celebrate success together with the employees.

Why should our clients choose you?

In my understanding, the customer should answer this question. Should I write here I'm the best or that I am able to solve every problem in one session? I don't think that's honest, and I don't want to treat my customers like that.

It is very important for me to build up a good and trusting customer relationship and to give them the best possible support in solving their concerns and problems. I'm happy to answer any questions.

Yes, I can provide my service online and remotely. But I think it is often better to discuss issues in person.

However, if you prefer to use my services digitally or by telephone, this is also possible without any problems. Whether Zoom, Facetime, Google Meets or other platforms, I adapt to the customer's requirements.

I am Based in Milton, Florida and I am happy to provide my services throughout the Florida panhandle in person or online/remotly.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Personally, I have been vaccinated three times because this was mandatory in Germany. In addition, I adapt to the needs of the customer. In this respect, I can wear a mouth-nose mask during the appointments and I have no problems with distance regulations.

It is also possible to use my services remotely.
