What do you love most about your job?
I find great joy in connecting with new individuals and guiding them towards a transformative self-discovery journey. Witnessing their 'aha' moments, as they unveil their light, voice, and confidence, is incredibly rewarding. It's like watching someone emerge from a cocoon and finally spread their wings like a butterfly. This is the heart of my passion and dedication - helping people appreciate their true selves and being grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their journey towards a happier and more fulfilling life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was led down the path of becoming a life coach, a journey I never initially envisioned for myself. It emerged from my own profound personal odyssey of self-discovery. Through my own trials and tribulations, I embarked on a quest to find my confidence and truly believe in myself. I grappled with feelings of unworthiness, doubting my capacity to be a business owner, let alone a life coach. It was a challenging journey, but the transformation was immensely rewarding. I realized that I needed to extend this support to others, guiding them to discover their path, nurture their confidence, and believe in their own potential. That's how I found my calling as a life coach and initiated my business.

I'm deeply dedicated to this work, and I'm genuinely passionate about guiding individuals on their path to self-discovery. My energy and spirit are fueled by the desire to assist as many people as possible. As your life coach and cheerleader, I'll be your listening ear, your keen observer, and your guide in uncovering your own voice. I'm here to share my energy when you may feel depleted and to be your partner in this journey. When burnout creeps in, I'll be the one to lift you up.

I provide both online and remote session. Please note remote sessions are only for locals in Raleigh, NC and are available after 6 sessions.
One-On-One Coaching
I offer personalized coaching, either through video chat or in-person for locals in Raleigh, NC. Your journey, your pace. Coaching will help you tackle challenges, reach your goals, boost your confidence, and see yourself in a new light. I'm here to guide, support, hold you accountable, and cheer you on. Together, we'll get you where you want to be. Our sessions include tailored guidance and regular meetings.
