A month ago I had water damage to my hallway ceiling and wall from my central air unit. I called On-A-Roll Contracting for my first quote which turned out to be my only quote. I called to set up an appointment for them to come by and Jeff was able to make it that same week. While he was here, he assessed the damage and while doing so he removed the damaged (wet) installation from my attic so mold wouldn’t grow. Not even knowing if I would be using his company he still took the time to do that. That was the first sign of great customer service from a great company. Jeff sent me the quote that same day and the price was very reasonable. My husband and I decided to use him and he was able to start the work the very next day!! I certainly was not expecting that kind of service!! The crew that came was very professional and took their time making sure everything was done correctly. All the water damaged Sheetrock was removed and new Sheetrock was installed. Before leaving that day, Jeff took paint samples of my ceiling and wall so that he could match the paint. They came back a second day to do the actual painting and the colors matched perfectly! During that whole process Jeff was great and very responsive with questions when I would reach out to him. He was upfront with everything during every step of the process and nothing was hidden from me. After the paint dried, I noticed that it bubbled in a couple spots due to it being extremely humid out and Jeff was so understanding and came back out to fix it. My hallway looks as if there was never any damage! I highly recommend On-A-Roll Contracting for any home repairs! I know that I will be using Jeff and On-A-Roll Contracting again.
