Ecstatic with our new deck that was completed by Chad McConnell and All American Decks! Chad was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They just completed the replacement of our old, decaying deck, with beautiful new Trex decking. From choosing the color, to deciding how best to recreate a similar design in Trex, Chad was there every step of the way to make sure the deck was exactly what we wanted and that we were 100% satisfied. His team was polite and professional and they worked very quickly. Our decking, rails, and stairs were completed in 5 days! The stairs were challenging to replicate the pre-existing wood flare out design using the new Trex. However, Chad and his team were able to perform custom work and get the job done flawlessly in Trex. Amazing job guys! Thank you so much Chad and All American Decks! If you are thinking about redoing your deck or installing a new deck we highly recommend All American Decks. Chad came out and listened to exactly what we wanted. He offered his expertise and professional opinion about how to get the job done. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. No need to even question his thoughts, he designs things for a reason. We cannot say enough good things about Chad and his crew. They are punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and get the job done. From demolition to the finished product our expectations were highly exceeded. If I can offer you one piece of advice, it is to be patient. From start to finish, Chad and his crew were amazing. Chad was easy to reach, always available, no matter the time or day. They worked around a tiny (but kind of big) problem, and our beautiful deck was completed in a blink of an eye. Our 16 month old daughter wants to play on the deck from sun up to sun down!
