Anita and Ami are quite the duo! Talent and passion hand in hand to deliver awesome results. I went in with a mess-I came out a new woman. They use great hair products (Alfa Parf). My highlights had become brassy and unrefined. So, Anita changed my base and did a full head of highlights, which completely corrected the color issues and addressed hair texture issues. I have been going to salons in downtown coral gables for over 20 years. For a little less pretentiousness and inflated prices, ladies can have top notch hair at a decent price and with amazing people just down the street! Thank you!

I cannot begin to tell you how beautiful I felt on my wedding day thanks to Renata. I hardly wear makeup and was a little nervous about not looking like myself on my wedding day. All of those worries went away after my trial with Renata. She created such a beautiful natural wedding makeup look. I went with traditional makeup and it lasted all night. She even gave me suggestions on what lipstick to buy so that I can reapply as needed. She Listened to my vision and created such a beautiful updo as well. She really made my dreams come true. Her team is also phenomenal!! Everyone was on time, professional, and easy to work with. They did an amazing job on my bridesmaids and Mother. Renata really is the best of the best and a master at her craft. Look no further, you will not be disappointed.

Natasha is very professional and takes her job seriously. She excels in her role as a makeup artist, catering to one's needs and really listening to the desires of the client, all while applying her expertise to give the best look. She really knows how to contour and work with different color schemes to highlight one's best features. When she did my makeup, I didn't even recognize myself! I had never seen such a beautiful masterpiece on my own face! My fiance was mind-blown and in a GREAT way. The power of makeup really is incredible, but especially when done by a professional of this caliber. If you're in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area and have an important event, Natasha is who you want to do your makeup, hands down.

Aahh the high of a good hair cut. It comes second only to that feeling of buying new shoes. I am one day out from getting my hair did at True Hair Miami, and I am still cat-walking down the street, seeing imaginary heads turn my way as my locks bounce up and down with my strut, as I wave to nobody and yell "heyyy gurrrl." Yep.Recently, my hair has gotten so long that my mom has been telling me I look like one of those Amish type ladies who don't cut their hair. Yikes! So I shopped around for a place where I could get a great cut/style and an enjoyable salon experience, without paying ridiculously unjust prices. I found True Hair Miami, and although void of reviews, I judged the book by the cover and went off the super chic pictures on their website and facebook. So I booked an appointment for early Saturday morning and crossed my fingers. The salon is located in Midtown, right next to Chase bank (and few doors down from The Cheese Course), and just as the pictures I had seen on the website, the salon is very stylish in person. Everything is white and shiny and clean with accents of pink. Totally Miami, totally adorable. It's an intimate salon, with only a handful of chairs, and I actually really liked that - there was conversation going on with everyone there at the salon, and it felt very welcoming. My appointment was with Gustavo, I immediately trusted him, and he was everything you want out of a man cutting your hair: he had a long braid running down his back, repeatedly told me how great my hair was in his think Argentinian accent, and most importantly of all you could tell he's been doing this for a while and knows what he is talking about. Plus, his name was Gustavo.First, we sat and consulted. He got a feel for my hair and for what I wanted and made suggestions of his own. We opted to keep majority of the length and go for a trim with some soft new layers. Music to my ears! I hate when stylist see how long my hair is and immediately want to chop the hell out of it. No no no!!! After figuring out a game plan, then we washed and I got an awesome scalp massage. Next Gustavo went to town cutting and finally styling my hair into a glorious Victoria Secret worthy blow out. And that was all. There was no pushiness to schedule my next appointment, no suggestions about getting highlights or a color glaze, no strong recommendations to buy the products used, blah blah. I so often feel put on the spot or uncomfortable after getting my hair done and almost forced to buy something or schedule an additional service, but there was none of that here! just a optional suggestion to take a selfie and post it on True Hair Miami's facebook or IG (will do later on, promise).I'm very happy with new do and definitely recommend.

Colleen was a God-send! The girl who I had originally hired to do my makeup cancelled on me a month before my wedding day. Colleen, thankfully, was available. She turned what could've been a very stressful/terrible situation into one of the best experiences of my entire wedding planning process. Colleen was early, professional, calming, and overall the loveliest person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm so happy the other artist cancelled because Colleen was a blessing in disguise! I would recommend her services to anyone and would hire her again in a heartbeat. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES COLLEEN!!!!!

First off - the cost of the trial is close to nothing & she comes to you! That was the best for me. I had my trial done after work - VERY tired & she was very punctual to the trial. I was not sure if i wanted lashes or not but i had to try- WOW they looked amazing. She did such a good job. She applied them quickly & my airbrush makeup was soo beautiful. My bridesmaids LOVED her on the wedding day. She made everyone look great - but I looked AMAZING. She spent soo much time with me making sure we recreated the look of the trial. I would recommend her to anyone on this site.
