This is the second time that Alfredo has cut my hair for a first date. Both times I looked great, so firstly thank you for that. The atmosphere is posh yet down to earth. You are greeted at the door, serviced quickly even if a walk-in like myself and after an espresso and a haircut leave feeling great. Jose Luis did a great job with my hair!! Even better than I asked for. I already had grown out balayage and just wanted a pop of highlights to clean it all up, and he made it look better than I expected! Also gave me a perfect long-layered haircut. The prices on their website are wrong. My total was $320 which was overpriced for what I usually pay, but considering it is in Coral Gables and that Jose did such a good job, it was worth it! I went in to fix a bad haircut and they were super accommodating seeing me at the last minute! Alfredo did an absolutely excellent job. I expected a slight re-balancing and instead, he exceeded my expectations. Best service! Yes, they are great at cutting hair, doing nail everything that you can get at a hair salon. But when I walked in this morning with my 6 year old and her hair into a dread not knowing what to do, the knots were so bad that it had to be cut off (curly hair down to her waist/day in the pool) tears down my face and my daughters. BIFEN took one look at her ( I'm sure inside she is like omg) but she knew exactly what to do. First she made my daughter feel comfortable made her smile made her feel that it's ok and that she will take care of it & that is exactly what she did. Kenny worked on my hair did a cut/balayge ombré. My hair before was a long bob and grown out a lot so he trimmed the front layers to help blend it in better. Ive dyed my hair multiple colors in the past few years. Lately I wanted a nice pink, which I ended up dying over my blonde color. It looked nice but over time it faded out badly and my roots began growing quickly. Bifen did a beautiful job with my hair, she suggested ideas I hadnt sven thought of and worked with what I wanted.
