Took my brother & sister-in-law to the new Tio Carlos for dinner tonight and everything we ordered was wonderful (as I knew it would be!) . . . I highly recommend the avocado enchiladas with queso sauce! The brisket burrito & carne asada tacos also received very high marks. And, of course, the salsa is THE BEST!

Windy Hill Ranch and Resort is located on 32 acres with Bed & Breakfast accommodations for 30 guests, a 10,000 square foot event venue, a 10 acre stock pond, horseback riding, fishing, and an on site chef to provide all of your catering needs. Our venue accommodates 200 guests for cocktail style parties, and 150 for seated meals. We have accommodations for brides and grooms onsite for both night before and night of celebrations.

We had dinner tonight, sharing the pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. Â It was my first visit. Â What a great addition to downtown Irving. Â The service was perfect...very attentive, prompt and helpful. Â The food was great, the pizza was hot and the ingredients were delicious.
