5 Stars are just not enough to express how highly I recommend Chef Dana at Blu Aubergine. Our chef retired after many years and I needed someone to cook a five-course sit-down dinner for 25 on Christmas Day. Dana was the perfect choice. She presented a wide variety of menu options but also provided excellent guidance on choices. Her pass-around hors d’oeuvres were fabulous. Every course of the meal was cooked/prepared to perfection and my guests raved about the food. Importantly, Dana is very professional, was extremely organized in the kitchen and worked seamlessly with waitstaff. The presentation of each course was as beautiful as the food was delicious. We were very fortunate to find Dana and hope she will be at our home for many Christmases to come!
