That was the best decision ever! We fed ribs and BBQ chicken to 80 people, and our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Even the side dishes were super special -- don't miss the mac'n'cheese, Cowboy BBQ beans, special cole slaw, and cornbread. Cooking and serving staff were terrific and even helped us pack up the (very few) leftovers.
