This company catered my wedding may 14,2016. Can't express how happy we are with them! My husband family and friends love it all. From the wedding coordinator Jennifer to Bill in charge with the food and the staff and ice cream truck just topped it off! So attentive and amazing. I had an issue with another outside vendor who didn't show up and Jennifer and my bridesmaid went to take care of it without bothering me and trying not to stress me out or worry me. QCrew is amazing!!! Bill and Jenn are the nicest, most accomodating caterers ever. They catered my wedding in June and I still hear about how incredible the food was from my friends and family. The food was so, so delicious. On our honeymoon we craved their bbq chicken and burgers lol. On the wedding day the crew that came to grill were so nice and helpful. They were the epitome of efficiency and professionalism. Everything was refilled on time, the food was always hot and fresh. They were on their game!! They even cleaned my wedding cake utensils after we cut the cake, it was such a kind gesture. If they opened a restaurant I would be there once a week. And I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone who needs an event catered. More...

We used Qcrew catering our backyard wedding of ~100 people, and we couldn't be happier! The food was AMAZING. Our favorites were the potato salad (best I've ever had), the BBQ beef brisket (so tender! ), and the mac and cheese (so creamy!). Our guests kept saying how delicious the food was. Bill's staff were very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. As the bride, I barely even knew they were there, everything just got DONE! I cannot recommend them enough. We used qcrew for our daughters baptism today and will definitely use them again. Our family and friends loved it! It was a big hit and received many compliments. I used QCrew for my rehearsal dinner and would recommend them to anyone, they were awesome! Jen was wonderful during the planning process, it was easy to plan, pay and change guest amounts. Day of, the crew came and set everything up, they grilled the food right in front of you and it was delicious! People were raving about how good the BBQ was. There was a ton of leftovers which they even packaged up for us. We also opted to add on the ice cream truck which was another huge hit! The ice cream was delicious! The guys that were there cooking were not only respectful when setting up, but they were super friendly with all my guests. I can't say enough about this company! I used them to cater my husband's 60th birthday party. I booked the Pig roast/BBQ for 56 people. The guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was. The staff made sure the buffet was always full and the food was hot. I didn't have to worry at all. It allowed me to spend time with our guests. The entire process from booking to cleanup went very smoothly. Your staff is professional and very courteous. Qcrew catered our wedding on April 1, 2017 at the Loft at Jack's Barn. The food was awesome and our guests loved the meal. Jen was awesome with helping us set a timeline for our day and making sure everything was going as planned the day of. I cannot complain about the event & catering service provided by Qcrew, they were incredible.

The only complaint I do have is with their sales support side. I highly recommend that you calculate your final invoice before making your final payment for their services. Due to an unexplained number I found on our final invoice, I decided to go through and calculate everything out. I am glad I did because none of their numbers calculated out right and the total they came up with ended up being around $1,000 more than what we actually owed. The final invoice was sent to us the week of our wedding, which is a stressful time in its self and this error could have been easily overlooked. Just wanted to say thank you so much for catering our annual family party last weekend. We booked the Pig roast/BBQ for 75 people. Qcrew catered my wedding and let me say what a great company to deal with. Bill and Jen were so helpful in every aspect from answering all my questions to pointing me in the direction for a wedding cake and I don't think there is a person on their staff who isn't pleasant. The food is amazing I've gotten it on numerous occasions prior to the wedding after our first tasting. The ribs are mouth watering! Everyone complimented the food and many went up for seconds. We used Q Crew for our wedding this past August and they were amazing! Everyone was raving about the food and multiple people said it was the best BBQ they've had!

The Q Crew team is also great to work with! Both Jen M and Jen A were so helpful before the wedding and the day of and truly helped us through everything.

Lastly, we got the sweet pea ice cream cart and it was a huge hit! Not to mention delicious.

Our family loved it so much we are getting food from Q Crew for thanksgiving!

"Not your typical wedding food" - I DJd a wedding at Jack's Barn last weekend and the Qcrew's BBQ spread was the best vendor meal I've had all season. So I have to give the most amazing shout out to Q-Crew Catering!! Our son’s wedding was this past Saturday at the lebanon township memorial park, (the playground is in his Grandmother’s memory, super special to us) and the entire crew of event staff, cooks, help was AMAZING. The food was AMAZING. While we have used them for the more casual menu of ribs and such, we went with their salmon, herb roasted chicken, brisket, sesame noodle salad, and so much more...they absolutely are WAY more than just BBQ!! My husband and I had built and designed a lot of decorations and atmosphere touches, and their event staff helped me set it all up and make every detail I had designed and envisioned come to life perfectly, and break so much of it down at the end of the night. I recently had a graduation party for 75 and was lucky enough to have Qcrew there to handle the barbque. I was looking into several backyard barbque catering companies but in the end, Qcrew coordinator Jen, made me feel like they had their act together. Very accommodating. They showed up right on time as they said they would and the crew (cook and server) were great. It ended up pouring rain and they had good input how to set up with the weather. I quickly got caught up with last minute details and guest arriving that next I heard from them was food was ready. All the food was prepared right on time and kept everything stocked as guest filled their plates. Everyone loved the Brisket, Chicken and even cornbread. to close it out they had delicious mini cannoli's. I highly recommend them and if your in PA as I am, don't pass them by thinking they are too far away. No disappointments, awesome job! More...

My husband and I just got married at The Farmstead in Ringoes and used "very highly" recommended QCrew to cater the food. OMG ! The food is AMAZING! The crew arrived early and fired up the grills. The smell of BBQ was perfect on a summer evening for an outside event! The cocktail hour was presented beautifully and was plentiful. Then the meal....!?!?! Delicious is an understatement. The food was cooked perfectly...so much flavor and the meat was so tender. The Ribs came right off of the bone and the beef brisket was mouthwatering. The mac and cheese was creamy and the grilled vegetables were marinated and flavorful. All of the food was nice, hot and plentiful! We were so excited to have leftovers, which QCREW packaged up for us. We got to enjoy them the day after our wedding. Thankfully, no family was staying with us so we didn't have to share!
Jen was amazing to work with. She was very accomodating, prompt and professional as was all of the crew. If the food is important at your special event...hire QCREW and rest assured you will be so glad you did! Now I just need to come up with another event to have so I can hire them again!! More...

We hired QCrew BBQ Catering for our daughter's "Ribs-n-Bibs" baby shower. A local chef had recommended QCrew, and because I'm not familiar with area caterers, I relied on his judgment. That was the best decision ever! We fed ribs and BBQ chicken to 80 people, and our guests are still talking about how great the food was. Even the side dishes were super special -- don't miss the mac'n'cheese, Cowboy BBQ beans, special cole slaw, and cornbread. Cooking and serving staff were terrific and even helped us pack up the (very few) leftovers. Jen, my sales contact, was terrifically helpful, quick to respond to my questions, and made my first catering experience just great. I heartily recommend QCrew BBQ Catering. WOW! All the food was great. Staff was super friendly! It started raining in the the middle of the wedding and they made sure everyone was very was still enjoying their meal! Recently had Qcrew cater our Fall event for 50 people. The food was amazing, and delivered on time. The staff helped us prepare the menu for the party and made sure that we had enough to feed everyone. Would highly recommend.
