What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?

Knowing your subject! Pretty much anyone can make another person smile. Any artist knows how to compose a scene. But if you take the time to get to know your subject you can unlock an array of expressions that are otherwise missed by an ordinary photographer.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?

Why are you having pictures taken?
Who will receive the pictures?
Who's in the pictures?
What do you like to do for fun?
What do you do in your free time?
What's your favorite color?

What do you love most about your job?

Meeting new people
Creating something new that many people will see
Helping families capture their most precious moments
Becoming part of their family
Watching the children/family grow
Taking photos
That moment when you've made a mother so happy she cries

What inspired you to start your own business?

Bad companies that I have worked for that don't put the client\customer first. I wasn't comfortable upselling someone just because we have a goal that corporate said we had to make. Its also not very comforting when your boss/employer doesn't "have your back"

I wanted to treat people better, create an atmosphere that you could feel the integrity in a place that someone would be happy to get up and go to work. Its not enough to offer a great product or service, I am an experience you won't soon forget.

Why should our clients choose you?

I am the photographer, you have been looking for! I am here to work for you and make sure that you get exactly what you see in your head. Its not easy to explain your vision to someone but we will work together to bring it to life. We'll get that amazing photo of your son or daughter on their fifth birthday. Whatever the task it'll be "Exactly what you were thinking!"

I also make sure you are more involved, these are your memories and your photographs and there isn't a reason you should have more involvement with them.
