I provide high-quality pet care in YOUR home within a 45-minute drive or walks in your neighborhood if you live relatively nearby my home in 85392 ZIP Code. Unfortunately, not available for sitting in my own home (telling you because Bark keeps sending me those leads and I have to pay to answer your requests), but I believe animals feel more comfortable in their own familiar home environments. Please be assured that if you request contact from me and I am able to accommodate your needs I will contact you. Unfortunately, Bark charges me for every potential client contact, so if I don't get back to you it is because I am unable to help you for one reason or another. Of course, as all sitters do, I provide standard care, such as feeding, watering, waste cleanup, etc. However, my primary focus and emphasis are on enrichment for your animal friend(s), so I spend as much of my time with them as possible in ways that I sense they enjoy, whether that is in walking, playing, cuddling, brushing, etc. For the animals who prefer to be left alone, I provide a presence in the home but will respect their wishes and avoid pushing too hard. I have plenty of experience with giving medications and injections if your animal has those extra needs, but I do not do any formal training or grooming (besides a little bit of brushing). I offer free meet-and-greets to all potential clients after the initial contact to meet your companion animal - and you, of course! I serve all kinds of animals: dogs, cats, birds, fish, pocket pets, reptiles, insects/arachnids – whatever kind you call family!

What do you love most about your job?

Animals are such givers and their energy is just so beautiful that it feels good to be around them every day. I want to give back to them and enrich their lives as they enrich mine. That is why animal enrichment is the primary purpose of my time with my client animals.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was dissatisfied with regular work for "companies" and really wanted to be doing something that sparked joy and passion in me. Instead of building someone else's dream, I wanted to build my own dream and operate in a way that fits my values system. I know what kind of service I would want for my own animal family members and I felt that the market was lacking, so it made sense to me to help fill that need.

Why should our clients choose you?

The cornerstone of my business is providing enrichment for the animals with whom I work. Of course, I take care of the basics: Food, water, exercise, medication, cleaning, etc...but I believe in taking my service to the next level and giving my charges a fun experience that they will enjoy in the absence of their families. It helps to make the time their families are away a little bit less lonely and give them something special during that time. I always provide a photo and video record of the time I spend with client animals, whether that is posted on one of my social media pages (Facebook and/or Instagram) or through text for people who do not like social media. I find that it helps bring more peace of mind to my clients that all is going well while they are away. It's how I would want to be treated as a client and how I would want my dog, cat, and fish to be treated by someone in charge of caring for them in my absence.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Unfortunately, with the nature of taking care of animals, technology has not advanced to this point.
