Marina came to my home today and groomed both my long-haired and my regular-coated German Shepherds. She was great with my dogs and kept them calm with treats and patience. She did a beautiful job on them and trimmed up my long-hair where she gets straggly, and trimmed her legs and feet. They were both deshedded so nicely. She took her time and did such a thorough job. They look beautiful and smell so nice. I highly recommend her to care for your pets.

I decided to provide this service after touring several kennels to board my 2 sweet little pugs while I went on vacation. I was disheartened by what I saw. The animals were clearly uncomfortable, distressed and nervous to say the least. It absolutely broke my heart! There was no way I was going to put my beloved dogs in one of those facilities. I love this place. My dog was taken care of very well. They were able to accommodate me when I couldn't find another available pet hotel for the July 4th week. Also, when my flight was cancelled and delayed for 2 days. They understood my situation and let my dog stay extra. The girls were very professional and nice. When I arrive to pick up my dog, my receptionist was my dog Corina. Too cute! Thanks so much. I will choose Shugrem for future stay and recommend to my family and friends.

They were great . My dog has been banned from every pet groomer I can find. Pawzitively did a complete groom cut and nail clip. They used a small muzzle only when trimming around his mouth. Obviously the groomer is great with animals and took the time to calm my dog,earn his trust and provide great care. They were also able to set a routine schedule to keep my dog groomed.
