We had our 2nd groomer from Kontota come a 2 weeks ago. We chose Kontota because our first groomer was AMAZING and clearly cared for our girl and she came in the door looking fluffy and happy. This did NOT occur two weeks ago. The groomer, from the beginning, told my husband that our double coated Bernedoodle might need to be shaved. What? My husband made it clear that is not what we wanted. Well, that s exactly what she did. Since that appointment, our loving and happy dog has been very clingy and not herself. We left a review when we received the text to do so and received a call shortly after. We explained everything that went on, the lady who called pulled up both photos of “final product” and could see what we were saying. We were told we would receive a call back as they needed to do an investigation. That has not occurred and we will never use this company again. Besides the shave, not cut that went on, the customer service has been sub par and we spent a lot of money for a grooming and groomer that does not to appear to have lovingly taken care of our dog. Kontota Grooming promptly replied to my inquiry, asking details about my dogs and what was most important to me when having them groomed. They set me up right away with a wonderful groomer, who was able to come to my house that very same week. Options were given to me in advance of which grooming package I wanted to choose, and the groomer took wonderful care of each dog. From the start of booking until the end, it was a smooth sailing for us! Abbey who booked us was very accommodating and answered our sometime stupid questions… she was great! Abbey booked Cameron and he was awesome! We went to 3 groomers who said that they needed our fur baby to be sedated due to mats and first time grooming. Nail trimming, nail filing, ear cleaning, ear hair removal, teeth brushing, blow drying, triple washing, conditioner, fragrance, and accessory

Nail trimming, nail filing, ear cleaning, ear hair removal, teeth brushing, blow drying, triple washing, conditioner, fragrance, and accessory.
We do full haircuts which means the entire body is clipped or shaved.
Outline trims are available for double coated breeds. We also offer fanny, face and feet trims between appointments.
Bath and Deshedding
Nail trimming, nail filing, ear cleaning, ear hair removal, teeth brushing, blow drying, triple washing, conditioner, fragrance, and accessory. If the dog sheds: We also offer de-shedding. De-shed means a De-shed conditioner with the FURminator is used.
Double Coated Breed Bath, Deshed and Outline Trim
Nail trimming, nail filing, ear cleaning, ear hair removal, teeth brushing, blow drying, triple washing, conditioner, fragrance, and accessory. If the dog sheds: We also offer de-shedding. De-shed means a De-shed conditioner with the FURminator is used. We will also perform a breed appropriate outline trim.
