Mosquito Joe is an essential business and we stay on top of our processes and procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and our field technicians. We do that by screening our employees every work day when they report for duty. We all wear masks and gloves. Except on the very first visit to a new customer, and then that is just to ensure we know the areas of concern and the boundary line of the property, we are a contact-less service. We send email postcards the night before our service to the homeowners, and we can also text or call ahead on the day we are performing the application. Our customers know that we will not do an application unless the outside property is clear of people and pets (being inside is perfect, but not on the outside). And this requirement applies to other service personnel, friends and neighbors.
