As soon as my new husband and I walked out of our reception we said “the best money we spent was on Timeless Events”. Olya and her team were our day of coordinators and they did such a fantastic job. They were helpful, professional, and discrete. I hardly knew they were there but everything ran so smoothly. They helped run our rehearsal, set up decorations, ran the ceremony and helped with logistics, ensured we were on time for all events, handled some wedding crashers, brought all our flowers and decorations home at the end of the night, and helped with various other issues that came up. They pinned on boutonnieres and help adjust my dress when the bustle was failing me. Thank you so much Timeless Events for all your help, we are so glad you were a part of our day!

Mallory and Kirstie designed and coordinated our entire wedding day and it was definitely one of the best things we decided to spend money on! During our original design meeting, we came with very few ideas of what we were looking for, but at the end of an hour or two, they had totally figured us out! A couple days later, they sent a proposal of the design for our day, incorporating all of our ideas seamlessly, and it was everything we could have hoped for.Mallory actually did all of our floral arrangements as well, so we were really excited to have her involved in that part of the day and she did an amazing job of achieving the look we were going for (it helped that she created that look :)).Kirstie was a life-saver in keeping us on track in terms of sending out save the dates and invitations on time and making decisions on vendors. She did a great job of calming our nerves, answering our silly questions, and keeping everything organized. Leading up to the big day, they took charge of coordinating all of the vendors and told us not to worry about a thing. The day of went so smoothly - I wasn't the least bit stressed about the logistics of the day and we both had the time of our lives! I can't imagine doing this without them - I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We were here on a trip and came here to do a room. Very impressed with the gameplay and location. Room operator was excellent and provided a very fun experience. We'll definitely be back again in the future.

Katie was amazing to work with! I felt like she really listened to what we wanted and our wedding turned out better than I could have imagined!
