We used Kristin as our day of wedding coordinator, which means she helped with all of the details of our a wedding from one month before our wedding through the end of the wedding day, but she was much more helpful than that. She met with us months in advance to learn all of the details of our wedding and wrote everything down. She kept in contact with us if we had any changes to make or questions. We sent her copies of our contracts with all of the vendors, and she called everyone to confirm all the details. The thing I appreciated the most about Kristin is that she was willing to do anything and everything possible to make our wedding day perfect. From bringing bagels and coffee to the bridal party the morning of the wedding to being my emotional support when I realized I couldn’t have my ceremony outside as planned due to the weather to making sure every detail was executed as planned until the very end of the night. She even helped with the clean up. No wedding is going to go as planned exactly, but Kristin will do everything in her power to be as close as possible. I highly recommend her! More...

Hiring Kristin as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the the best wedding planning decisions we made! We were uncertain whether we truly needed a day of wedding coordinator, but after meeting with Kristin to discuss how she could help us it was a no-brainer! Kristin was very affordable and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly. She recommended numerous vendors and gave us several suggestions for how to ensure our day ran as easily as possible. In our two pre-wedding meetings, she brought up many questions and specifics that we hadn’t even considered. On the day of, she and her assistant handled all the details that I did not want falling to our wedding party or family. She was professional and coordinated with our other wedding vendors in the week leading up to the wedding so we didn’t have to. Kristin and her team were the last ones there on our wedding night cleaning up, and made sure we received all of our remaining wedding trinkets when we were ready to pick them up. If there were any issues on our wedding day, we were unaware of them as Kristin had them covered. We received many compliments on her professionalism from both our wedding party and family members who actually turned to her with questions on the big day. Out of all the wedding decisions we had to make, hiring Timeless Events for setup and tear down was by far the best. We diy’d our whole wedding and the thought of getting everything set up and torn down in time stressed me out more than anything else during the planning process. Our room looked BEAUTIFUL, too! Kristin was amazing!!!! I could not have asked for a more thoughtful, organized, friendly, outgoing wedding coordinator to work with for my wedding! I cannot praise her and her team enough, she literally made my day seamless. There was a small hiccup during the day (which no one could have predicted would happen or could have prevented from happening) and Kristin handled it like a professional, I had no idea that it happened until the next day and speaking with Kristin throughout the day and night (she checked in with me the perfect amount and made sure I was on schedule for everything), I NEVER would have guessed that something went wrong. She is extremely professional, keeps a level head, is calm under pressure and made my day perfect. She makes sure your needs are met and allows you to enjoy you day and not worry about the knitty gritty things that are happening throughout the day. There is no way my day would have gone off as perfect if Kristin wasn't there. She was extremely helpful, thoughtful and I have already recommended her to a few of my friends who are engaged. Katey is an outstanding coordinator. As an out of town bride, she ensured that all the loose ends were tied and help to relieve some unneeded stress so I could concentrate on the big day and live in the moment. Wow, words cannot express how grateful I am for Kristin and Timeless Events' services on our wedding day! Kristin was a last minute addition to our vendor team. We hired her about a month before our wedding and I'm so glad we did! She quickly caught up to speed on all of our plans. During our consultation meetings, she helped us address details that we hadn't even thought of, helped keep us organized and bring our vision to life! At the rehearsal, she took so much stress of off me by organizing our bridal party and answering all of our presiders questions that I wasn't sure about. To top it all off, on the day of the wedding she took all of the stress and worry off of my family and myself! I didn't have to worry about any of the details on our wedding day. As soon as my new husband and I walked out of our reception we said “the best money we spent was on Timeless Events”. Olya and her team were our day of coordinators and they did such a fantastic job. They were helpful, professional, and discrete. I hardly knew they were there but everything ran so smoothly. They helped run our rehearsal, set up decorations, ran the ceremony and helped with logistics, ensured we were on time for all events, handled some wedding crashers, brought all our flowers and decorations home at the end of the night, and helped with various other issues that came up. We hired Kristin after meeting with her and having our venue recommend her. We really wanted a day-of-coordinator so that our family and us could relax and have fun on our wedding day and not have to stress about set up or take down. Kristin was fabulous to work with and I cannot recommend her enough! Everything went incredibly smooth and on our wedding day I did not have a care in the world. I knew she would take care of things that came up, and she was so easy and great to work with. She helped us and met with us the month before our wedding and was flexible with our schedules. She came to the rehearsal and helped a lot with that. Her and her assistant set up our wedding beautifully and it was more than I could've ever imagined! WOW is all I can say! I am SOOOO glad I hired Timeless Events to help on my big day. I don't know how brides do it without a service like this. I hired them for day of services only and it was really nice having Olya there to handle all the details & answer all my questions. She took care of full ceremony coordination, made sure the guests were where they needed to be, was my go between with vendors and even knew to get me my beer before I had to ask for it :-D I would highly, highly recommend if you are getting married to hire them for your needs whether it be full on wedding coordination or just "day of" needs. As mother of the bride, hiring Timeless Events was a wedding present to myself. It was probably my best decision! Having Olya as our wedding coordinator was a pleasure. We were able to thoroughly enjoy the day while Olya and Olivia handled all the details. Everything was taken care of from getting people where they needed to be when, handling the outside vendor food orders, pinning on flowers, moving flowers three times so we had were able to enjoy them at each site, making sure the bar and dinner music was playing and working with the band, coordinating an additional place setting at a table, offering flower arrangements to guests as they left, as well as gathering our personal and outside vendor items at the end of the night. All these activities happened behind the scenes with Olya only coming to us a handful of times when a decision or communication was necessary.
The organization and structure Olya provided in advance of the wedding was also immensely helpful. Olya offered several suggestions that made a big difference and allowed the day to run much smoother than it would have otherwise.
Our family is so grateful to Olya and Olivia for their help. The enjoyment of being present and spending more time with close family and friends is well worth the investment.

Partway through our wedding planning process, I started to worry about how our reception setup, as our reception venue rental time started at the same time as our ceremony, which was held at a separate location. This led me to think about hiring a day-of coordinator, mainly to manage that setup process. After talking with a few coordinators in the Milwaukee area, we decided to use Kristin and her team at Timeless Events for the full day-of coordination. This was one of the best decisions I made during the whole planning process. The reception setup was definitely the biggest benefit, but they took care of so much more than that.

When you’ve hired various vendors and worked out a bunch of details with each one of them, it’s difficult to imagine how all of these things are going to come together in unison. Having an expert timeline created for the day helped us feel more prepared before the whirlwind of the wedding day got started.

The entire day was “worry-free” for us, our families, and our guests, and I can’t imagine that happening without Kristin and Sarah. They took care of all the details, dealt with the random “issues” that popped up throughout the day, and set up our reception décor to match what I had envisioned. And at the end of the night, they oversaw the reception cleanup and delivered gifts, cake, décor items, etc., back to our hotel.

If you can fit a day-of coordinator into your budget, I can’t recommend it enough!

Diane was my Set Up coordinator for my wedding on September 5th, 2015. She did a fantastic job. She even came to my rehearsal to get some decorations from me so that I didn't have to transport them on the wedding day. She was on time and accommodating. She did everything I asked of her and she made our decorations looks great! It was so nice to know that I had someone who was taking care of those little things that I couldn't on the day of. I'm not sure how to write this review without getting tears. Tears because Kristin made our day so unbelievably beautiful, tears because I could see every ounce of her heart in every part of our wedding day and tears because after 2 years of working with her to plan our wedding, I'm going to miss talking to her all the time. If you're debating on wedding planning services or which package to do, I'll make this easy for you...book now and choose full service! It will change your entire wedding planning experience. The process is daunting and can be stressful but having Timeless Events (TE) as your partner through it, will take all of that stress away. Before the big day, they take care of all the research, the communication with the vendors and will save you countless hours trying to figure out who's trustworthy/reputable (NOTE, TE does not take kickbacks from anyone!). TE will check over contracts, offer advice/comments if something seems questionable, help you through budgeting, scheduling/going to appointments with you and payment tracking. Leading up to the day-of, we didn't have to worry about any of the vendor follow-ups/coordination; all vendors main point of contact was TE and used TE's super detailed timeline to make sure all were on the same page. When you're trying to work out your personal details (RSVPs, seating charts, etc.), it's a huge weight off your shoulders to not have to worry about all the big coordination! After planning together, she knew exactly what we hoped for. The day-of morning, we had no visibility to the setup happening. Kristin managed EVERYTHING. We got ready and literally just showed up. She lead all the vendors, kept us on schedule and the outcome surpassed my greatest dreams. No family/bridal party had to lift a finger. Our day would have been a stressful mess without her and a fraction as beautiful! I can't say thank you enough for making our dream day come to life and wish I could add thousands more stars! Diane was amazing! I am so happy I decided to hire a day-of-coordinator to relieve some (all) of the anxiety and stress I was having about our wedding day. Living in a different state from family and most friends, it was really causing me to have a few panic attacks here and there about how I was gonna pull this off. So lucky that Diane (and Amanda!) were assigned to help me out.

Diane and Amanda were very good at keeping me informed and uninformed about what was going on before the ceremony started. They very well put up with my IDGAF moments (thanks, ladies) and were truly by my side. It felt out of character for me to ask for help or for anything, so being able to relay my wants and needs to them was a big relief--and they were just too sweet to work with. They were such amazing women to work with.

If anyone is doubting hiring a day-of-coordinator, do yourselves a favor and do it! It's better to let a pro do it rather than have your family and friends "work" on your wedding day.

Working with Timless Events was the best money we spent for our wedding (seriously)! We opted for the day of services and the set-up/take down, it was so helpful having Olya and Jessica there to help. We met with Olya twice beforehand and reviewed the agenda, vendors, etc. Super helpful in the weeks leading up to the big day. I was a DIY bride who did all of our centerpieces and I loved that Olya and Jessica set everything up for us at the ceremony site so We didn't have to rely on family or friends. Not to mention, the venue we used (Urban Ecology Center) had strict rules on timing for set-up, so they got everything done in a short period of time! Both ladies organized my wedding party for the rehearsal and even let us use their umbrellas in rain :-) Unfortunalty it continued to rain the next day and we had to move to plan B and have the ceremony inside - I didn't have to worry about anything though, Oyla took charge and coordinated with the vendors and guests and got everything ready to go!!! Such a big help!! She even ordered pizzas for our late night snack! My husband commented that he was really happy we went with Timeless and had a cordinator, he said it was nice knowing that I wouldn't be stressed the day of, as well as not needing our wedding party to help set up and take down the decorations.

Olya from Timeless Events was wonderful! We hired her just for day of planning and setup and takedown. She met with us several times prior to the wedding day to make sure all the details were worked out. When we had questions or problems that came up she was quick to respond with solutions. She ran our rehearsal dinner and was able to rangle in our loud and boisterous families. We had a small hiccup with our transportation service that was totally taken care of without me even knowing. My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Timeless Events! I was so stressed about the last minute details that needed to be done at our wedding and Kristin and her team took care of everything. I shouldn’t have been stressed to begin with.

We had communicated via text messages, numerous emails back and forth and a couple face to face meetings. The Timeless Events team were so organized and made sure to listen to every last thing I had to say. I had such a specific vision for our wedding and how I wanted it to look and Timeless Events nailed every last detail. It took some convincing for me to get my now husband to agree on hiring a day of coordinator. As the day got closer he finally caved because he could tell I just didn't want to deal with any of the stresses on the day of. After the wedding, he completely agreed that hiring Kristin for the day of was one of the best decisions we had made. If anything went wrong throughout the day, we never found out! Kristin was great in the weeks leading up to the wedding and took all of the last minute stresses off of us, so we could truly enjoy our day. She kept our reception running smoothly, made everything look exactly how we had imagined, and was loved by all of our other vendors. The assistant she brought along with her was fabulous as well! I used Timeless Events for their day-of coordination service, and I am so happy I did! Kristin and her staff made my wedding day stress free. I met with them twice before the wedding to create a timeline and run through what their duties would be. The were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They took care of all the little details that I didn't want to think about on my wedding day, including (but not limited to): picking up flowers & pinning boutonnieres on the guys, making sure everyone got down the aisle, setting up our reception venue, cleaning up the reception venue, bringing my overnight bag to my house, and delivering all our wedding presents & cards to the site of our present opening. We cannot say enough positive things about Kristin and her staff at Timeless Events! She was recommended to us by friends who used her services for their wedding. The advice we got from them was that she was the best money they spent on their day, and we could not agree more.

Kristin was more than accommodating in the months, weeks, and days leading up to our wedding. We had three in-person pre-wedding meetings, and exchanged several emails and text messages. The week of the wedding Kristin confirmed with all of our vendors, which took the pressure off of us and allowed us to enjoy the building excitement.

Starting with the rehearsal, and leading into the wedding day Kristin and her team took care of ALL last minute details, to the point where we couldn't even tell if something had gone wrong. Kristin and her team also set up the handmade decorations at both the church and the reception site, which turned out more beautifully than we had imagined. At the end of the evening Kristin and her team took down all the decorations, and even took all the gifts to our room. There is not a single negative comment we have regarding Timeless Events.

We received so many compliments from our parents and wedding party as to how fabulous Kristin and her team were. Kristin was a pleasure to work with, and we have no hesitation recommending her to others, and have happily done so to friends we know getting married in the upcoming year. The pricing is more than reasonable, and we can guarantee you will get more than your money's worth. Timeless Events provided peace of mind, which is incredibly calming on a wedding day. We have planned other large events, but the wedding was a first for both of us and while we thought of everything –a million other questions still came up and Timeless handled them so we could focus on each other.

My husband and I were looking for Timeless to provide that safety net, in case something went wrong the day of the wedding, and to provide that link to a solution for things we were not aware we would need. Our hotel’s reception coordinator left the hotel two weeks before the wedding and we appreciated knowing that Diana was going to oversee everything in the setup of the reception. Diana made all the little details possible! She ensured we could use family heirlooms at the head table, make sure family pictures were out, and kept the event (i.e. us) moving forward. Our wedding reception went smoothly – we stayed on track with the timing of introductions, toasts, and cake cutting. I am not sure we could have done that without the help of Diana!

My fiance and I believe that hiring Timeless Events was one of the best decisions we made in planning the wedding. We hadn't initially budgeted for coordination or planning and I really thought I would do it all myself. We decided late in the process that we might want someone to do day-of coordination, since our venue was going to charge us for set-up and had been inconsistent with event managers. Even calling Timeless just a few weeks before the event, they still made sure everything was in order. I was assigned Olya as my Day-of Coordinator. She was absolutely fantastic! We had 2 Skype meetings about 2 weeks and 1 week out from the big day. She had reviewed all of our contracts and started forming a timeline. We used the timeline to identify the logistics that needed to be worked out. I wasn't sure what a "DOC" would be able to do for us and what would be too much (anything above-and-beyond I was notified that it would be an extra charge and given the choice to opt out). It always seemed like Olya was able to find a way to get everything sorted out: setting up everything at the ceremony and reception (even making some judgment calls that I thought were perfect), delivering the gifts to my parents' hotel room during the event, staying past 11:30pm to clean up, returning rented items to the florist...Olya even helped me a few times to pin the bottom of my dress when people would step on it and pull out the bustling. Overall, having her there meant everyone was more relaxed, no panicking, no intoxicated people trying to load gifts into a car....I can't recommend her or Timeless Events any more highly! More...

My husband and I hired Timeless Events to do our day-of coordination for our June 7, 2014 wedding. We worked primarily with Alyssa and were very happy with her responsiveness prior to the wedding. She even participated in a meeting with our caterer and reception venue about 2 months before the wedding, something I was told is not part of the normal day-of coordination package.

When it came time for the wedding Alyssa and another member of her staff team led the rehearsal. They did a great job but felt that they could have been a little more authoritative...it felt like they could have taken a little more charge of the rehearsal. When it came time to the actual wedding day Alyssa was great. I found out later that there were quite a few hiccups from the wedding reception location that caused some disruption but thanks to Alyssa and her staff they were relatively unnoticed. Alyssa and her staff were awesome at getting all of the decorations down, gifts delivered and even delivered the decorations to us the next day. For those details alone I think it was worth every penny.

Overall I would recommend Timeless Events to any couple. While I thought Alyssa could have been a little more authoritative and a little more sure of herself, I think she did a great job as many of the hiccups that occurred during the day went unnoticed thanks to her services.

Timeless Events provided us with an outstanding coordinator. As an out of town bride, Katy tied up the loose ends for me as an out of town bride and relieved unneeded stress so that I was able to focus on my big day and live in the moment. Everything was beautiful!!!

Kristin and her assistant set up my wedding table decorations, and came back later to break down the tables and clean up the venue (we rented a state park building, so no staff. ) Kristin was timely, polite, enthusiastic about helping to make our wedding a success, and she did a fantastic job. The park staff even commented that they were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend her and Timeless Events to anyone who's looking for help with their wedding!! More...

Kristin and her staff are amazing. From the day that we met her she was responsible and professional. She has a lot of knowledge on wedding vendors in the Milwaukee area and there wasn't a single question she couldn't answer. During the rehearsal at the church the night before the wedding we were running slightly late and my daughter asked me to ask Kristin to call the restaurant and tell them we were running late. I went to tell her and she replied, "I already called." The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. They were on time, one step ahead of the game at all times and we honestly can say we couldn't have pulled it off without her and her staff. I will recommend them to everyone.
