Now I coach clients in uncovering the root causes of their illnesses and diseases and empower them to make the changes their bodies and minds need to heal.
I look at the whole person, not just nutrition. I believe that looking at food alone is not enough, as human beings are a lot more complicated than that. To reach optimal health, we also need to address sleep, exercise, stress management, positive relationships, social life etc. My approach is also not restrictive or a short-term fix, but rather inclusive and a long-term solution.
