Through skillful efforts our front and side yards were transformed from unusable space into aesthetically attractive and functional patio and recreational spaces. In solving one problem, two areas of our yard were turned into functional and decorative spaces that provided considerable added value to our property. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner; and at a significantly lower cost than other competitors' bids. They did a huge project at my place. Converted a shed to a guest house, build a new shed, added front and back decks, retaining wall and artificial turf, converted a closet to a 1/2 bath, added outside security cameras, poured concrete stairs, installed Vinyl privacy fence. Not quite complete yet but looking great and good quality work.

For wood/fencing needs, my husband and I go to J.W. Lumber. The staff is efficient, courteous and very helpful. Each time we have had to purchase lumber supplies and/or wood stains, the staff is willing to answer our questions as well as help load the wood into our car.

I have been using Access Custom Garage Doors to service my house for several years now, including the installation of multiple springs as well as electric door openers. I have consistently had very good and reliable service. Most recently I had a garage door spring break in the morning and they were able to do the repair that afternoon. This type of service seems to be the rule rather than the exception. The service crew is excellent.

The two oak trees in our back yard were gnarled, twisted, cross-limbed and full of dead branches. There was also an old melaleuca tree in bad shape and a stump that needed to be removed. We called a number of contractors, some worth considering, some that did not return our calls, some that were not convincing, and some that asked for outrageous fees. And then there was Artistic Arbor Gardens. Arborist Kelly Sherman came promptly with good advice and a good proposal. The team led by Jason and Pedro arrived on schedule and transformed the oak trees into light and airy beings that accent the landscape "artistically." They removed the melaleuca and the stump without a trace and left our back yard cleaner than when they arrived. When we asked them to thin and balance the oaks somewhat more, they came back willingly and took care of this to our satisfaction. We appreciate their skill, their reliability and the good communications we had with this company, and we recommend them highly.

I have used David several times now and every time he has done high quality work in a timely fashion. He even went above and beyond to design unique wood elements for my son's room after taking a detailed approach to figure out exactly what I wanted. I have had bad experiences with carpenters before and I am so glad I took a chance on hiring David! He is a family man and I felt like he treated the work as if it were for his own home. In October 2021, we replaced our 100 ft. eastern fence and in January of 2022 we contacted the same fence company for a bid for our 100 ft. western fence and was shocked that the price had tripled. We searched other fence companies and found Jeff Jones of So Cal Fence, a family-owned business of 40 years. He responded to calls and came out promptly to look at our fence. Understanding that the price of lumber had risen since our eastern fence, So Cal Fence gave us a bid which was very reasonable.Jeff and his crew (two sons and a nephew) arrived to demolish our 35-year-old fence on a Wednesday and the new fence was completed Friday morning. We found Jeff and his crew knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, and pleasant. They are detail oriented and true craftsmen at their trade.
