I do not recommend this company at all just by the customer service and not honoring a coupon per my experience below.1. I asked for an estimate for a sick queen palm and was told to send pictures .2. Sarah told me the issue and gave me a quote when i sent pics. I asked if they still wanted to come in person and no response at all. Wow.3. Few days later, i decided to call office to schedule with tree removal since i never rec'd. After I booked and deposit info, i was told i would receive the proposal and deposit receipt. Nothing. I called 3 days later and she had my email address wrong. So I gave it again. Nothing. I call again 2 days later and email address was incorrect again! This time I get Melissa. She corrected it 3rd time and sent me proposal. Finally received it. But then she questioned the amount and i told her I received a 20% coupon and that was applied. Oh so if you mention it before the estimate, they will just increase amount and then apply coupon so really the coupon isn't honored. At that point i cancelled the service. Had worked with Artistic Arbor Gardens before but I lost track of them my last job about five or six years ago was excellent I look for the same type of excellent service again Sarah came out gave me a reasonable estimate I will come back in about two or three weeks to do it again

The team at Artistic Arbor Gardens, were fantastic. We had a huge Date Palm that died and needed to be removed. It was tricky based on our yard and the size of the tree. Their team of guys were very skilled, professional and really cared. They did an outstanding job and were frankly under paid for the work they did and what a nice job they did! Thank you once again Sarah and your very professional, and truly "artistic" team for doing a beautiful job on our property. Fifth time in ten years trimming, shaping. lacing, and this time removing a fifty-foot dead Cottonwood . Always meticulous, and courteous.Our 14 palms look amazing too, and this morning one of the pro's came back to stump-grind the Cottonwood. I had Kelly's crew at artistic arbor gardens in lakeside trim my 50 year old citrus trees, and my huge 3 trunk sago, and canary island palm. I was so impressed. The guys were so professional and very knowledgeable in their trade. My palms look like you are at a resort. The best I have ever had them done. My citrus tree's were done with much care. Then fertilized and sprayed with organic spray. Then everything was cleaned up neat and tidy. They were friendly and easy to talk with. Answered any questions. And did request. I am very happy with the job they did for me. I am trying to take care of a acre and the house my Dad built. I have had some disappointing hires. So when I hit a good one, I want others to know. The crew from Artisitc Arbor just trimmed my palm trees, giant bird of paradise, bougainvillea and fruit trees. The whole yard looks great and they cleaned up everything up before leaving. Whole staff has been friendly and easy to work with. I'll definitely call them again. More...

We had a great experience With artistic Arbor Gardens from start to finish. The estimate was done quickly and professionally and all of our questions were answered. They were not our least expensive bid but We felt extremely comfortable entrusting our many beloved pine trees which were in dire need of shaping and lacing to them. Jason & his crew showed up on time both days and did an amazing job considering the sheer size & scope of the project. Everything was mulched and cleaned up perfectly and the trees will be so much healthier now! Jason and the crew did an excellent job on my property trimming/lacing several trees and removing a diseased pepper tree that was approximately 40 feet tall and approximately 4 feet wide at its base. I really appreciated the skill and experience of Jason and the crew. I was very impressed with the equipment they used and how efficient they were. My neighbor was also impressed with the efficiency and service provided after what they experienced with another tree trimming company. If I could give zero stars I would. I was quoted a full day job. Workers left at 3PM. That's 6 hours for a job I paid 8 hours for. And to be honest that would be okay if the job was done. While it was by no means an easy job, they left trash and debris everywhere. They also did not complete what I asked them to do. Additionally they sent me an invoice on Friday, 11/5 that was dated 11/4. The invoice had no payment date or terms on it. In less than a WEEK I had a text from them saying they were at the county records office filing a lien on my home! This was the first message I had received besides the invoice less than a week earlier. Plus I had given them a deposit. If they could text me about a lien, they couldn't text me nicely asking for payment? Rude, no customer service and sloppy work. I would suggest avoiding them and working with a company that isn't quick to get litigious. More...

The two oak trees in our back yard were gnarled, twisted, cross-limbed and full of dead branches. There was also an old melaleuca tree in bad shape and a stump that needed to be removed. We called a number of contractors, some worth considering, some that did not return our calls, some that were not convincing, and some that asked for outrageous fees. And then there was Artistic Arbor Gardens. Arborist Kelly Sherman came promptly with good advice and a good proposal. The team led by Jason and Pedro arrived on schedule and transformed the oak trees into light and airy beings that accent the landscape "artistically." They removed the melaleuca and the stump without a trace and left our back yard cleaner than when they arrived. When we asked them to thin and balance the oaks somewhat more, they came back willingly and took care of this to our satisfaction.
