Family Home and Office Cleaning is a locally owned and operated family business. We clean both homes and offices. For one time, first time, move-in or move-out deep cleaning we do an hourly rate of $50 per cleaner usually with teams of two. For on going maintenance cleaning we do a flat per each cleaning rate established during an on-site visit to give an accurate quote. At that time I would provide a written quote, a list of the tasks that we would be performing at your home or office and a list of local references that you can speak to.
We owned our cleaning service in California from 1972 to 1993 and have owned Family Home and Office Cleaning here in Vancouver, Clark County area from 2002 to the present. We are Family owned and operated, licensed, bonded, and insured. We have A-1 rating at the BBB.
We provide all of our own supplies and equipment necessary to complete the work assigned. If someone wants us to use a particular product or piece of equipment that they supply we can usually do that, but it will.not change the price we charge.
