Husband and I were attending a concert downtown and decided to grab dinner prior to. We actually went to another place at 4th Street Live first but after being seated and waiting for 10 minutes with no sign of service, we left and decided to give Hard Rock Cafe a try.
Upon entering, we were greeted by a hostess who was friendly and seated us immediately. Within a minute of seating, our server “L8N” took our drink orders. He was extremely cool and had a great personality. We ordered the Jumbo Combo (my fav) and it was delicious!
We are local and maybe eat at this location one time a year but this experience may prompt us to come more often. When we do, I will most certainly request L8N’s section.

Stopped for lunch on Sunday. Tortilla soup was delicious, guac was decent, and queso was good. My Chili Colorado burrito was very good and had a surprising amount of spice.
However, the service was wretched. They are terribly slow, inattentive, and lack any interest in good service. The busser was the only polite and friendly person there. Bad service like this is a direct result of poor management and an absent management. Too bad, since the food was good.

A couple of coworker friends from 25 years ago and I were looking for a spot to eat and talk about old times. We decided to give Exchange Pub a try. WOW! To say that we were pleased is a major understatement. I had the Short Rib Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and they each had Fish. Absolutely the best and most unique sandwich I have ever tasted. If you enjoy a good beer with your meal, you will find a nice big chalkboard style beer menu posted high on the wall and visible from your dining table. It's loaded with at least a dozen (I think, I had a few) brews, some of which I can't pronounce (especially after my second selection) Our server Matt was very knowledgable of the beer menu, friendly and on point. He made us feel like we were royalty. Kuddos! The venue is very entertaining and fun, if you don't mind a little ambient noise. Prices and portions were fair and plentiful respectively. There was also a talented young lady singing and playing guitar. We had a great time and I most definitely will be back with my darling wife. Oh yeah, the bread and beer cheese... Delish!

The place was extremely busy for a downtown Thursday night, but they handled our group of 7 well, considering the short notice. The food was better than we expected, and the variety for the size of the menu was very good. Both the chicken and "pork wings" were nice and the Bacon Mac and cheese burger was very good. Overall, when compared to the other offerings at Fourth Street Live, it stacks up very well.

What should I look for when choosing a Caterer?
It is important to know the following before deciding on a catering company:
Event Specialists - Many caterers handle certain types of events on a regular basis, such as weddings and corporate events.
Different cuisines - Caterers might specialise in different kinds of cuisine. Some caterers may provide a fine dining experience while others excel at barbecues that suit company picnics.
Special requirements - If you have special requirements for the food or a specific menu in mind make sure your caterer is happy to meet those requirements.
Venue - Your gathering might be taking place at someone’s home, a venue or outdoors. It can be helpful if your caterer has worked at the venue before.
Tastings - Ask for a tasting to make sure the food is of a high standard. Most caterers will prepare one for you at no charge, allowing you to assess the quality of their cooking before you hire them.
How do I check a Catering Company’s credentials?
You could look for caterers with a foundation degree, higher national diploma or degree in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.
Before you choose a caterer, you could read testimonials and see pictures of their food on their website.
You could also look at their profile page on Bark and read reviews from past customers, too.
