Additionally, she works with vendors and contractors to help with quarterly and annual employment tax preparation, sales & use tax preparation, property tax preparation, and annual accounting write-up with financial statements. "Income tax only' clients may contract for two years or become "full service" clients with minimal accounting/consulting services. Each client gets a a secure cloud folder on our secure file exchange. You may not only store things here, you may sort and organize them into years and other useful subcategories for your continuous reference. Anything that we exchange is encrypted between our company and your business, entity, or personal representatives. The best part is that it is paperless and that you may access it from any locaton. Other characteristics of the virtual office are online accounting and payroll services. Tax returns may be processed online, e-filed, or uploaded for reviews and signatures as needed. Meetings may be done over the phone while you view your documents from your cloud folder on your own desktop, or for larger groups from "Go to Meeting" or similar services where participants log in via a link or a telephone number with a code. We can do your accounting online for you and you may order financial reports and reconcile your bank statements there. You will have a login for access to your system any time that you want an ad hoc report or need to update your bank account logins. We will do the work for you and upload monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as needed for your review. Jeanine's primary goal is to remotely support businesses with monthly accounting, payroll and contractor payments, and tax compliance services as a full package management system. "Income tax only" clients may contract for two years or become "full-service" clients with minimal accounting/consulting services. Clients may choose hourly consulting rates or monthly service rates. There is currently a 40% off discount for full-service monthly clients utilizing two or more services. What inspired you to start your own business?

I worked temporary jobs and contract jobs during a down-turned economy being exposed to many industries and environments. It made sense to keep working between jobs, get experience, and pay my bills. I started as a sole proprietorship in 1987 and incorporated in 2009. I worked both at her own office and at client sites for special projects and needs. The flexibility to work around childcare and eldercare needs and the ability to seek out work of interest evolved.

My name is Jeanine Buben, MT, EA, also known as Jeanine Buben-Croy, MT, EA. I am an Enrolled Agent, known as an EA, which is a federal license to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service in IRS proceedings. I hold a Specialty in Tax Controversies Certification and a Master of Taxation Degree in Accounting from the University of Denver. As an EA, I maintain regular tax education updates every year so you can be ensured that I am up to date with the changes in the tax system. My service packages offer up to four hours of tax consulting with each tax preparation contract a year. So outside of the preview and review of your tax return, you may obtain a mid-year check up of your tax status without additional charge if not used up at preparation time. Other services may be added to client service contracts as desired by clients, which reduces your overall annual costs, and includes discounts by paying an annual retainer with each year's services contract.
