I do not like the present corporate environment, although I spent 20 years in it, large and small. The mentality is the same across the board. People are numbers, and the only thing that counts is the bottom line. Also in a lot of cases, CEO's come in and perform crafted (and often highly illegal) transactions in order to boost the company's stock value, so they can cash out on a large number of stock options and bonuses and leave the company to the dogs, often landing themselves in prison. The majority of less extreme occurrences are that they will implement changes to create short time gains (laying off a number of people at the end of the year for example), so they can cash in fast. It's not always illegal, but it is not ethical to the shareholders or the customers. Again, people are strictly numbers to them. G-Force companies does not view business in this matter. I have created a corporation where the income is shared more equally among the employees, customer service is the number one objective (customer first seemed to disappear sometime during the 80s with all of the mergers and such), and people are NOT just numbers. That includes our internal customers (employees, vendors, etc.) and our external customers, you! We view our employees and customers as family!!

As an ex nuclear machinist mate in the Navy, I have developed a very strong attention to detail and a strong sense of the importance of doing things right the first time. Although life and death does not hang in the balance with your books, your livelihood does, and we take that very seriously. You will get all the attention you need and deserve, and we will perform your services around what works best for you. Some people like to communicate more by email, while other prefer texting and phone calls for example. I have still have clients that bring to me their hard copy documents, and we meet them in our offices for a one on one. For remote work, of course, there has to be an electronic presence, but other than that, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and preferences. Unfortunately, asking pesky question sometimes is necessary to accomplish the goal of keeping your financial records relevant and compliant, but we will be respectful of your time. We work at your convenience, not ours. We can't perform the impossible, but we will do everything in our power to make the relationship as beneficial to you as humanly possible.

We actually prefer to provide services remotely but can meet in our office or will be willing to travel in certain situations if necessary. All software including personalized web portal, QuickBooks Online and ProConnect Tax are all cloud based.

We take COVID very seriously and use the utmost precautions. Since most of our contact is done online, there are no other considerations. However, if the customer requires personal contact, we utilize mask wearing and social distancing in our office building that is sanitized multiple times a day by management.
