I've been working with T for a while now and could not have had a better experience. He makes the workouts fun and interesting each session. T is extremely knowledgeable about the body and exercise science and is always explaining why I'm doing each exercise and how I'm benefitting from it. He's so easy to get along with and very patient. He makes me look forward to each session and makes the overall experience a great one.I am a 38 year old mom with a busy schedule, but my sessions with T are the highlight of my week because I am seeing results, energized and happier! I have worked with Tristan in the past and had phenomenal results. Covid hit and the fat piled on so I hit up Tristan to see if he was still in the game. I now do 3 Zoom training sessions per week. Tristan explains each move and shows you the correct way to do it for maximum results and no injuries. He has a way of encouraging you to do more when you feel like you can't push forward. T. Personal Trainer has my highest recommendations and is the only trainer I can recommend without reservation in the Bay Area. Â He has helped my husband and I improve our overall health by coaching us with our diet and working with us to build muscle, gain mobility and flexibility, and increase our cardio fitness. My husband and I have been training with T for a year now, and he is by far the best and most dedicated fitness coach we've ever had. We used to go to a weight training gym, where after 4 years, we plateaued and was eager to try something different and see new progress. Thankfully, we found T - we left the gym and never looked back. Training with T is not just about the workouts - he teaches us about nutrition, injury prevention and recovery, and now he even incorporates yoga into each session so that we could improve our flexibility, muscle strength and agility. He holds each of us accountable - he would follow up with us regularly on our progress at home. My husband and I now train together with him, and T knows exactly how to twist the workouts so that both of us will feel the benefit and the burn - his creativity on workouts makes each session fun, and we have never had the same routine twice! After the first 3 months of training with T, I lost 5% of body fat, had more muscle definition, and not mentioning cleaner eating, as well as feeling better physically and mentally. I've been doing one-on-one personal training for the past 8 years, and I've gone through countless trainers, most of them terrible. So naturally, I had my reservations when my friend introduced me to Tristan. My how quickly those negative thoughts vanished, and I'm NOT an easy person to impress.<br><br>What makes Tristan so good at his art is his ability to read your personality; he immediately knows what to say to each individual to properly motivate them. He correctly read that I respond best to criticism, and yet, when I see him speaking to other clients in the gym, he takes on a more nurturing tone. He's like a chameleon that can change his personality to fit your training needs, saying exactly what you need to hear to keep you on track and hold you accountable. Never have I met anyone who was able to grasp this concept so quickly, and I'm so grateful I didn't waste my first five sessions doing half-assed workouts because he was able to gauge my fitness level so precisely from day one.<br><br>I'm ashamed to say that I thought I only needed a personal trainer to keep me accountable because I had been training for so long that I thought I've already learned so much. Best trainer I've ever had. Most trainers just have a certification but Tristan has a Masters and his knowledge of strength training and how it applies to developing an amazing body is impeccable. My body has never looked so insanely hot. His work out sessions combined with an ideal and well planned nutrition program really works!!! What inspired you to start your own business?
The industry have a tendency to level down trainers and coaches, as if anyone could do it. This is a dangerous way of doing business as our expertise have no match. If a "trainer" has no bio mechanics understanding of the human body, no kinesiology knowledge, on is unable to fix basics issues like bad posture and lack of core, they are not trainers but entertainer. Our team goes trough continuous education every single months, and get tested on a regular basis.
The assessment is free and we have two location in San Jose and Santa Clara, come and fell the difference.
