Philly with a twist helped me plan and execute my wedding for 80 people. Jeremy was our wedding planner who introduced us to so many other helpful vendors. His DJ was amazing, his catering was amazing (everyone said it was the best wedding food they ever had), their makeup artist referral was amazing, and the chair rental and up lighting was awesome. With all the chaos, my wedding was still perfect thanks to these wonderful people. As I always said I want good people, good food, and a great time and it's just what we got. Thank you again guys
Nina was absolutely wonderful! I was immediately drawn to her vivacious and outgoing personality. She was everything we had hoped for in a wedding coordinator. We hired Exhale Events and worked with Nicole on the "day of" package which is SO much more than just the day of. From the moment you hire them, you have access to their online system which is absolutely amazing and helps with tracking your guest list, RSVPs, the seating chart, and exporting all of that data into excel spreadsheets to share with the appropriate vendors. That in itself was extremely helpful and a huge time saver. You start really working with Nicole 3 months ahead of the wedding, but she is happy to be a sounding board for any decisions you make prior to then. She coordinates with all of your vendors and creates your wedding timeline for you. We had a handful of very productive phone calls with Nicole and she put together a walkthrough at our wedding venue to make sure everything would look how we wanted it to. She took so much work off of my plate the last 3 months, I stayed practically stress-free leading up to the big day. She helps you think of every last detail and even provides you with a wedding weekend packing list so you don't forget anything. On the wedding day itself, Nicole and her assistant, Leah, were absolutely essential to making sure the day ran smoothly. They fielded questions from bridesmaids and family members, and worked seamlessly with our vendors all day. Having Exhale meant that no family members or bridesmaids were tasked with setting up the venue or cleaning up everything at the end of the night. The ladies of team Exhale are truly worth their weight in gold, and could not be any sweeter or more professional. Having them on your side will ensure your day will run smoothly, and any bumps that occur they will fix before you or your guests ever notice. Everyone agreed that hiring Exhale was the best decision ever (even my dad said so!), and all of my friends walked away saying how they couldn't wait to use them for their own wedding someday!

Bloom Brigade did wonderful work for my wedding! They created our bouquets and boutonnieres for our ceremony, and lovely centerpieces for our picnic/reception. I got so many compliments and they were so easy to work with!
We had a Saturday night Black Tie affair in Philadelphia. We used K&E and could not have been happier. Varnita took control and coordinated all the vendors and the hotel venue. She made sure the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception went off smoothly. Our center pieces were complicated and with many candles and she made sure all was set up perfectly. We had some issues with the Hotel venue and she stepped in and made things work. You will not be disappointing using them.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful Lauren is! We hired Lauren as a day-of-coordinator. By the time we brought Lauren on, my mom and I had already planned out all the details of the wedding (or so we thought). Lauren quickly went above and beyond helping us fill in the gaps we didn’t even know to think of and tying everything together. Lauren is very easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and professional, but in a warm friendly way. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control.
Lauren made our day absolutely perfect. She was always right there to take care of any request. The flow of the evening was perfect. She kept us on schedule without anyone feeling rushed. So many of our family, friends and vendors continuously mentioned how incredible Lauren was. Most importantly, our family, wedding party, and Ricky and I were able to fully enjoy the night without worrying about any wedding details. For that I cannot thank her enough.
Larry was wonderful. He was a genuine, caring soul, and he made our day very special. He was personable, helpful, and gave an emotional and moving ceremony. We recommend him to everyone, and hope you welcome him into your day!
Tonya is the best of the best! She makes magic happen. I've attended a few of her events. She is very talented, full of energy and gets the job done. She always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend using her for any event you have!!
Keystone was top notch! They truly made our wedding amazing! Laurel was incredible! They truly went beyond what we were expecting! Thank you so much for everything you did for us on our wedding day! You guys surely did a terrific job and really set the mood for a wedding!
We went to a wedding at the Twentieth Century Club on Saturday and had a marvelous time! The building has a main hall area with a stage, and several other rooms and levels to it as well. The lovely couple got married in the main room and had all the tables set so we were able to enjoy the wedding from our groups at the tables. There were cocktails and hors d'oeurves set up in the other room, and a buffet for dinner as well.The room was perfect for the group, and there was a dance floor in the middle of all the tables. The staff was very accommodating and efficient as well. Overall, the event was low-key, fun and easy to enjoy. The only downside to this location is there is no parking lot, but we found plenty of parking right on either street and had no problems there. The Twentieth Century Club would be a great place to host any kind of social or even corporate event.
The best service, coffee, cookies, tuna melt, and muffins (just listing my favorites, but there's many more baked goods choices). I go to this place for the cozy, clean environment, the music, the free wifi, and the most handsome waiter.
Every single detail accounted for! Laura went above and beyond with helping me plan a perfect day. Nothing was missed, and everything ran ahead of schedule. There is nothing like having a completely stress free day to really enjoy what you’re wedding is all about. Leave the details to them, you will be so happy you did!
They are incredibly professional and very talented. I was highly impressed with how they run their business, as well as how gorgeous their arrangements are. I felt that the arrangement I purchased was even more beautiful in person than what was pictured on the website. They sent an immediate delivery confirmation along with photo of the arrangement I purchased, which I really appreaciated. I will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone!
Nancy was a shining star even among our many excellent vendors. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was extremely responsive, highly professional, very friendly and fun, and helped us think of so many "little details" that never would have even occurred to us without her help! We truly could not have had the day go any more smoothly, and we owe most of that to Nancy! Also, her rates are extremely reasonable for the quality of service she provides! Book Nancy- you will not regret it!
