What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to collaborate with and meet a variety of individuals and work together to bring a vision to fruition while also constantly learning. When you're working so intimately with a client to create a milestone celebration, you build a lasting relationship. We're in the business of cultivating memorable experiences, but we can only accomplish that by trusting our clients and learning more about them. In the process of doing that, we often learn more about ourselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start A Spoonful of Planning was the opportunity to build organics connections with my clients. Sometimes working in the corporate realm, you don't always have the chance to build a relationship or truly collaborate on a more intimate scale. We wanted to create a company that allowed us to utilize our unique skill set and experiences, to help bring our clients' visions to life while also building lasting relationships.

We bring to the table a plethora of knowledge and experiences that allow us to view event planning, design, and production from a variety of perspectives to ensure that we are best serving our clients. At the forefront; however, we look to provide exceptional hospitality by collaborating with our clients fully and building a relationship. We also recognize that at the end of the day, you only have one life to live so it might as well be fun!

Ensuring your event runs as seamless as a Broadway production, A Spoonful of Planning team will provide on-site management for in case something goes askew, we're there to set it straight. We'll liaise with your on-site vendors so you're able to focus on enjoying your event whether only for the day of or the entire month prior.
