We had an unfortunate situation where we had a date planned, and I called the chef to see if he had the following day available in case we had to change the date dependent on another event that could overlap.
I messaged that evening that we were still on for the current date, but the chef thought I wanted the date changed and moved it. He couldn't move it back, so we had to scramble to find another catering service. I am still waiting for my refund for catering not received. It's been since March 9, 2023.
I've emailed and called several times a week, but there is no reply or response.

We bring classic and modern cuisine from French, Italian and Asian.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We make 1 on 1 consultation between Client and the Chefs to discuss what Client needed from type of foods, event function to restriction diet. We gather the information then draft a couple of menu for client to choose and like and within their budget.
What do you love most about your job?
To make memorable event and to put happy smile on Client.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A lot of catering company goal is just how to make profit without serving to good quality product to Client and without to let the Client the freedom to decided whatever they like. We start our catering business with the satisfaction of costumer to bring good quality product, still affordable and the way costumer want it.

We guarantee our ingredient is always fresh because we go shopping after the costumer agree with the menu and the budget.
We are not the company who hire the Chef to cook your foods, but we are the Chef who design the company to create your foods.
