When I walked into classic pianos this past June, I knew I was looking for an upgrade to my wonderful 100-year-old Steinway upright grand. What I didn't know is that I was about to be connected with one of the best pianos I've ever played, an Estonia 210. It now sits in my living room. Every morning for the past six months, I walk into the room and am amazed anew that something of this level of beauty sits waiting for me. Chris Ranney was a remarkably astute, highly informative, friendly and very low key, sales person. He quietly assessed what kind of a musician I am, and then guided me, entirely without pressure, to a piano he knew would practically sell itself. Look elsewhere if you must, but this is the only piano store you need to set foot in.

Finding a good, reasonably priced caterer proved to be one of the toughest parts of planning my wedding. After receiving tons of quotes from various companies, I decided to go with Serendipity. Throughout the planning process, they were professional, quick to respond, and full of helpful ideas for my wedding. We had a morning wedding with a breakfast/brunch buffet reception, and it was wonderful. Serendipity helped me plan an awesome menu, complete with a waffle bar and various delicious toppings, non-alcoholic sangria, rosemary potatoes, tons of fresh fruit, and so on. All of the guests I've talked to so far loved the food. I was all over the place the day of the wedding and didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked, but what I did eat was awesome.They also gave us the option to use "green" plates and silverware and had a little sign printed up telling our guests about what they were eating off of. It was a nice, eco-friendly touch.Laura was at our wedding from start to finish and worked with the other vendors to make sure the whole thing went smoothly. I had very little to worry about the day of. We had to resort to our plan B, since we originally planned to have the ceremony outdoors and it rained that day. Laura made plan B go as smoothly as if it had been the plan all along. The peace of mind I felt on my big day was worth five stars alone.

My pricing is customized to your budget and event needs. If you require full service event planning or partial service, I can work with you. I can work on a price per hour or flat rate for the entire project. I am more than happy to work through pricing with any of my prospective clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically will have a free phone consultation with prospective clients to learn what exactly they need my expertise for. If we’re aligned, I’ll send over a contract, invoice for the deposit and we hit the ground running!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years experience successfully managing events for clients globally. I've worked in event companies for 10 years working on corporate accounts and now I am starting my own business!
