I used Serendipity for a business event earlier this week. Suffice it to say (on my end) I had a lot of logistical issues, changes and panic due to some circumstances that were out of my control. It caused a tremendous amount of back-and-forth and event changes with both the headcount and the location/logistics of the event. I could not have asked for a better partner to go through this event with. Serendipity was able to react quickly to these changes and my needs and they were always so upbeat and professional. I have thrown a lot of events and this was the most challenging one I’ve ever done! If I was Serendipity, I probably would’ve fired me as a customer � Sarah, their event coordinator was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. I honestly do not even know how she kept up with all of my last-minute changes. But she did and did so always with a smile on her face! The next praise goes to Nora, the on-site event captain. She (and her onsite team) was amazing! They worked SOOOOOO hard and so fast to get the event set up and take care of all of my guests. I just had an opportunity to really see, taste, and smell the wonderful foods that Serendipity provides during the Posh event on May 21st. What an amazing group of people! The food was amazing and beautifully presented and I had the chance to taste a racelette cheese wheel (how cool!). Also, the staff that worked the event were supremely kind and more than pleasant.
