I have ordered from Henna Sooq several times and I'm super impressed! Orders are always shipped promptly and arrive quickly. It helps that they (to my understanding) have a warehouse somewhere in Canada. Orders come in good condition and as stated on the website, no surprises. Their website has undergone reconstruction since I began ordering from them and it has definitely changed for the better. The website offers easy navigation and even a way to chat in real time with Henna Sooq employees. I've had to use this feature one time, and my problem was solved promptly. I have ordered various products from this company and I've been more than satisfied with all of them. I use henna to dye my hair and not only are their prices great, but they also give the option to order things in bulk and save even more money. I have also ordered rhassoul clay, amla powder, indigo, and some soap from their website to try out. The soap was in my opinion expensive and though I liked it, I'll probably stick to local products in the future. But their herbs and clays are all fantastic and I'd recommend them to anyone.The website also contains links to instructional videos (they have their own YouTube channel), and a lot of step by step instructions for using the various products they carry.
