As much as I love the small intimate flower shops I usually shop at I Â was pretty impressed with this flower superstore. Â When I first walked into this spacious store I couldn't believe my eyes...it's set up like a grocery store (aisles and aisles), but instead of food I was greeted with gorgeous flowers. Â The staff was friendly, but I have to subtract a point because a woman walked in and asked if they do flowers for a chuppah. Â Their response: "what's a chuppah?". Â A valid question in most parts of the country, but this is Boca Raton (aka Baruch aton) and good florists in Boca should know what a chuppah is. Â Fortunately, my mother and I were onsite to provide the staff with some Jewish guidance. :)

My husband stopped into SuEllen's yesterday to order flowers for our anniversary to be delivered today. He was told that they close at noon but they would have them delivered before then. Well, they were not delivered. He paid a lot of money for the flowers and was assured they would be delivered today. This was the first time we have ordered from them (and the last). Very disappointed to say the least. My husband called the store but it was after they were closed so he left a message.FOLLOWUP: We received a call this morning (Sunday; even though they were closed) from SuEllen, the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, 726 instead of 762. She stated that they called my husband's cell phone because nobody answered the door. There was a missed call at 8:39AM, but no voicemail. Not sure why they were calling if the flowers were delivered at 11:20AM. Anyway, she was very apologetic and offered a full refund and store credit for a next next purchase. They made a disappointing situation better by showing concern for an unhappy customer. Thank you for your prompt action and solution! I have changed my 1-star review to 3-stars. I'm sure the flowers would have been beautiful and we will definitely give them another try. I'm sure a 5-star review is on the horizon!FOLLOWUP TO MY FOLLOWUP :-) My husband drove over to 726 and THE FLOWERS WERE THERE! They are beautiful! ANDDDDDDDDDDDD SuEllen and Tom just showed up at our house...on Sunday...with the MOST beautiful roses to make up for the confusion. My husband was going to go to their shop tomorrow to let them know that he was able to retrieve the flowers from the house they were delivered to in error and that we don't need a refund. They insisted on the refund and store credit and delivered another dozen roses to boot. This is, BY FAR, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have received from ANY company in SW Florida! You have two, new loyal customers! Thank you again!!!The first picture is of the flowers that were delivered to the wrong address and sat outside overnight (still beautiful).
