We had a special wedding where "The Wedding is the Party" and he came up with a magnificent menu at the price point we needed, and the food went far above and beyond what we were expecting in quality and taste. I had a corporate brunch catered by To Go For Your Soul and they did a phenomenal job! Stephen created a menu that consisted of: shrimp and grits, french toast, mini chicken and waffles, bacon, quiche , mimosas, and the most gorgeous fruit display . I was looking for someone to cater a dinner for a girl’s weekend when I found Catered to Your Soul. Chef Stephen was quick to respond, had some amazing menu ideas and was very flexible when it came to having options for the vegetarian and gluten free diners in our group. He was very communicative with me throughout the entire planning process, came when he said he would and left the kitchen spotless!

The flavor combinations in each course were delectable and the courses were cohesive. The homemade warm naan was a treat. The first course included a green curry with shrimp or roasted purple cauliflower. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and the curry had a nice touch of spice. The second course of Tikka Masala short ribs and a vegetarian crispy oyster mushroom deserves a 10/10. Our dessert was something new to all of us, Shahi Tukra and it was incredible-I would have indulged and eaten two but I was just too full.

Each dish was beautifully presented and there was a wine pairing for each course.

We had Chef Stephen and his team cater a holiday party for 25 people in our home. It was amazing. Stephen spent time with us about a month before the party consulting on the menu. We were recently in between homes, our kitchen was packed in boxes, and we had no appliances until the night before Thanksgiving at 8pm. We knew we would need someone to prepare Thanksgiving dinner so we reached out to local caterers and chose To Go For Your Soul Catering. Chef Mills was responsive, professional, and reassuring as we planned for 30 guests. The meal was beautifully presented and tasted DELICIOUS. Family is still complimenting the food (presentation, quality, and taste!) We are incredibly thankful to have been able to have a memorable family holiday.
