What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is the Mofongo with Shrimp in white sauce, we are also known for our mixed meats platter.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to what our clients want and need. The goal is for our clients to feel satisfied on the end of our journey.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is how much fun I have preparing delicious meals. Introducing new people to my culture makes me happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my own business because its my passion. I went to culinary school and have prepared myself for years now and believe if I keep going at it I will reach success.

You should choose us because we work hard and do our best to make sure the services we provide are outstanding. We want our clients to always return to us, and to also be able to recommend us to others.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use gloves, hairnets and thoroughly wash our hands between each task. We are able to wear masks upon requests, and also are capable of social distancing when needed.

We provide the options of pick up or delivery of the food.
We offer an amplified menu that our customers can choose from and are also open to requests, with price adjustments of course.
Plating
We can plate meals at events for an extra $100/per hour.
